Welcome to Johnson’s Garden Grove Dog Retreat! 🌿🐾 Enjoy our spacious private 1-acre fenced Sniffspot in Midvale with plenty of room for your dog to explore, play, and relax. Our property includes open grassy areas as well as a family garden space that adds to the peaceful backyard atmosphere. Please note that during Utah’s drought season, the yard may be dry, brown, and crunchy rather than lush and green. Please note: Our garden area is located within the fenced property but is not separately fenced off. Guests must supervise their dogs at all times and ensure they stay out of the garden beds and planted areas. This space is best suited for dogs that respond well to owner commands and can be redirected when needed. Property Rules & Amenities 🐾 Clean up after your pets. 🚪 Keep all gates closed. 🐕 Dogs must be supervised at all times. 🌱 Please keep dogs and people out of the garden beds and planted areas. 🦮 Please only book if your dog is comfortable being redirected and follows basic commands. Dogs that dig, jump into planted areas, or are difficult to recall may not be a good fit for this space. 🔊 Respect our neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable level. 🚭 No tobacco smoking anywhere on the property. 🅿 Please park on the street in front of the grassy area. 💧 A water spigot is available on the back of the carport, directly in front of the garden area, for filling your dog's water bowl. 🪑 Two green folding chairs are located by the water spigot for your comfort during your visit. ‼️ Millcreek Irrigation has restored water flow to the small river/creek area along the front portion of our backyard. Water levels may vary, and while it is partially fenced with a short black grate fence, we ask that all guests keep an eye on their dogs around the water. Our puppy Lacey loves to splash and sip and we hope your pup does, too! ☺️ 👋 Welcome to my yard. This big fenced backyard is my paradise and we are proud to share it with you! When you open the gate you step into a huge open space that is perfect for fetch, zoomies, curious sniffing and safe play. Lacey’s Yard – Guest Rules 🐾 We love sharing our space with the community and their dogs. To keep the yard safe, peaceful, and enjoyable for everyone, please follow these guidelines during your visit. 1. This is a dog exercise space Lacey’s Yard is intended for dogs to run, explore, and play. It is not intended to function as a private event or hangout space for people. Guests are welcome to relax while supervising their dogs, but extended gatherings, date nights, picnics, or social events are not permitted. 2. No fires or open flames For safety and liability reasons, fires are strictly prohibited, including: • Fire pits • Portable fire bowls • Candles This is a non-negotiable safety rule (despite the fire pit in the yard). 3. No drugs Drugs are not allowed on the property. 4. Respect private property Please remember this is our personal home and yard, not a commercial facility. Guests may only use the areas designated for Sniffspot visitors. Do not access: • The house or interior spaces • Garages or sheds • Equipment or tools (including lawn equipment) • Any marked private areas 5. Stay within your reserved time Please arrive and depart within your booked time so we can respect other guests and maintain the property. 6. Supervise dogs at all times Dogs must remain under supervision and control throughout the visit. 7. Pick up after your dog Please pick up and dispose of all dog waste. Extra bags and a trash bucket at the fence are provided. 8. It's large enough to play fetch, let dogs play together, or just allow them to explore without fear of losing track of them.

Quibells 'n Bits

Give your dog more than 2,500 square feet of private indoor space to train, explore, move, and play. Quibells ‘n Bits offers a fully climate-controlled dog-training facility with rubber mat flooring throughout and room for up to six dogs. During your booking, the entire rental area is yours to use privately, and dogs may work or play off leash inside the space. Approximately half of the facility is kept open, giving you plenty of room for obedience practice, Rally skills, fitness work, training games, or simply letting your dog move and play. The other half is arranged as an enrichment gym designed to encourage exploration, confidence, body awareness, and independent choice. Guests have access to a wide range of professional canine fitness and enrichment equipment, including KLIMBs, mini KLIMBs, inflatable peanuts, a Propel Air Platform, FitBones, hoop jumps, bar jumps, platforms, and other novelty equipment. Additional items may be brought out from the shelves during your visit and returned afterward. We redesign the enrichment gym approximately once each quarter, giving returning dogs a fresh environment and new opportunities to investigate, problem-solve, climb, balance, and play. The space may be used by individual dog owners, trainers, handlers, walkers, photographers, or anyone looking for a private indoor place to work with dogs. Whether you are practicing skills, building confidence, providing physical and mental enrichment, escaping difficult weather, or simply giving your dog room to enjoy themselves, the facility can be used in the way that best fits your team. A Quibells ‘n Bits staff member will be on site and available to meet first-time guests and show them through the facility. Unit C has its own entrance and is completely separate from our other training space in Unit B.

Our backyard is SO much fun. We have two huskies that get all of their energy out, so if these crazy boys can, yours can, too! Fully fenced + covered in vines so they cannot jump over. There’s a fun hill + fireplace lined with rocks that our pups love to jump off of. We even have a spot for digging! Come check it out!!
