Additional rules

Visiting pets and their companions need to notify of their ETA so that I can make sure my own dogs are safe and inside. Side entrance through gate at driveway. Please advise the clip lock on the gate is to be used at all times. This is a safety precaution. My Berner knows how to open the gate and I’m hopeful that your pet won’t figure that out. Deck is to be replaced soon and I encourage you to not use the deck. Many boards are lifted and bent due to age and weather. Thanks for your patience and support. I trust you and your pets will enjoy their run time. Please leave dog toys as you found them but feel free to show them to your pets. I will leave a fresh bowl of water on the sidewalk to the gate. Welcome to all of you!

Please message before booking to confirm property conditions!!!! Fall through spring is the best time of year to enjoy, summer is not as enjoyable due to ticks/ insects being active and the rate the grass grows. Free range. Great place to let your pups spread their legs and release some energy. Very quiet and private. Please contact me ahead of time to let you know when the grass was cut last!
