55This space is well maintained and the perfect size for some light roaming and play! There is a small trail that connects both sides of the properly that has just the right amount of greenery to allow pups to explore and use their noses! Frances is also kind enough to provide doggy snacks and water, in addition to snack for the humans! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will be sure to return soon!
55First visit was great. My dogs had a blast running off some energy in the open fields and played hide and seek in the little trail in the trees. Host was lovely and left treats for both dogs and humans! We will be back.
55Great place to let your dogs run free. Small but nice forested area as well. I booked 2 hours as I did some training off leash as well, but you would only need an hour to explore the entire spot. Host was very responsive, easy to find spot and left us both with water and treats! Very nice! Just a heads up, you park near the road and it's unfenced. Ensure your dog has solid recall! I will be back!

55ONE WORD… PARADISE!! Great grassy areas with a forest and a sandy /volley area that my dogs loved as they love the beach so being on the sand was lots of fun! It felt like our own private beach area. Will definitely be back in a few weeks !! I recommend this sniffspot to any dog that wants to go on a sniffari in the wood as well as enjoy the sandy/volleyball court area and acres to explore

55It was an honour to be the first guest to visit Frances’ Sniff Spot location! She made sure everything went smoothly prior to arrival to after our time there! Everything from communication to signage was very organized! We also greatly appreciated the box of amenities to use of snacks for my Labrador, tennis balls, water& water bowl, as well as snacks for us humans and the sweetest, most thoughtful card ever! The grounds were beautiful and exceptionally large and was more than enough room for my Jett to run around in. We also got to visit their pet chicken in his Coop on the yard which was special and fun! Jett especially loved the trails on the land! We cannot wait to come back and visit again soon! Thank you so much Frances for everything!❤️

IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD We have 5 acres to share with you! Some open field for playing chuck it or frisbee, and others with lots of trees and a bit of trails to explore. Partial fencing and hoping to put more up, but will need the funds and support to do this. Quiet area. We also hope to put more fun things for agility there for the doggies as well ❤️

Hazards

There is a swampy area in the middle of our property. I don’t advise going in there just as there’s lots of broken branches and thickets in there. Also, in the spring…tonnes of mosquitoes, so not advisable. It is available, but just a warning that it’s not really territory we’ve had time to open up and do anything with. There’s also a tree’d area at the back with a pathway, it connects to the other side of our property, so if you wanted to walk through a bit of that, it’s a short journey, but pretty magical if you ask me lol.

Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.

    First visit was great. My dogs had a blast running off some energy in the open fields and played hide and seek in the little trail in the trees. Host was lovely and left treats for both dogs and humans! We will be back.

    Great place to let your dogs run free. Small but nice forested area as well. I booked 2 hours as I did some training off leash as well, but you would only need an hour to explore the entire spot. Host was very responsive, easy to find spot and left us both with water and treats! Very nice! Just a heads up, you park near the road and it's unfenced. Ensure your dog has solid recall! I will be back!

Yes, we are hoping that we can eventually put fencing up, and people are recommended to put their dogs on a leash until they get to a spot they feel comfortable with letting them run (if they have good recall). The back of the property is fenced and so the more visits we have, the more opportunity we can use the money from these visits to put up fencing to keep our precious puppies safe as well <3. It was an absolute pleasure chatting with you and I hope you choose us again as a spot for Ace to play again :)

Nestled in the heart of our tranquil backyard, our pool offers a serene escape for dogs and their owners alike. Designed with love, it’s the perfect size for dogs of all breeds to swim comfortably and safely. The pool is equipped with easy-access steps. The deep end of the pool is approximately 5 feet deep and the shallowest part is approximately 3 feet deep. While your fur baby enjoys the pool, relax on our poolside loungers or on patio chairs shaded under an umbrella. Doggy lifejackets will not be available on site but it is recommended to bring your own. Please bring your own dog toys/balls and towels. Please note the pool is a chlorine pool. There is a hose available if you would like to rinse off your dog after swimming.
