IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD We have 5 acres to share with you! Some open field for playing chuck it or frisbee, and others with lots of trees and a bit of trails to explore. Partial fencing (**NEW - fencing along the roadside has just been added, photos are in gallery ❤️🐕) and hoping to put more up, but will need the funds and support to do this. Quiet area. We also hope to put more fun things for agility there for the doggies as well ❤️

HOST NOTE

There is a swampy area in the middle of our property. I don’t advise going in there just as there’s lots of broken branches and thickets in there. Also, in the spring…tonnes of mosquitoes, so not advisable. It is available, but just a warning that it’s not really territory we’ve had time to open up and do anything with. There’s also a tree’d area at the back with a pathway, it connects to the other side of our property, so if you wanted to walk through a bit of that, it’s a short journey, but pretty magical if you ask me lol. I’m the opposite side of the property, there’s a sandy area where we put a volleyball court, but the doggies seem to love the sand! There’s a picnic table there as well. We just ask that people stay in away from the main house so that my dog doesn’t see yours and get the big feelings that’s she’s known to have ❤️

***Important: All charges are in USD*** Beautiful 25 acre farm of open hay fields surrounded by fencing on all sides. However, the fencing is a mix of 50% horse board-style fencing with 50% cattle panel type fencing along the roads at the front and along both sides of the property. Horse farms are on either side of the property and the horses to the south will come up to the fence and are very curious. The back of the property is open forest with board fencing as well. Lots of room for you and your dog(s) to run and play. Approximately 20 acres of open fields. No muddy areas and fields are well drained and dry. As an added bonus… The property goes all the way back to the tree line and the hill… They didn’t have an amenity for a toboggan hill, but if you’re bringing kids or feel like a kid, that’s available of course. 😇😇
