Captain's Retreat at Bear Creek located off Highway 64 in Mocksville! 4.5 acres of fully fenced (woven mesh wire and post/rail 5.5ft to 6ft high) with trails, woods, field, and plenty of room to run and explore! Open the front gate and drive into the secure parking area. ***CLOSE AND LATCH THE GATE BEHIND YOU BEFORE GETTING YOUR DOGS OUT OF THE CAR!*** Walk through gate into the space from the secure parking area. This area has wooded trails as well as cleared areas. Densely wooded areas and thickets all around. TICK PREVENTION IS A MUST! There are no pesticides or herbicides used here. Only natural horticulture vingear for spot weed control. This area is located beside Bear Creek and when the creek is high or after a good rain IT WILL BE MUDDY on the right side of the property! Dry creekbed located across the back of the property. **The Creek is NOT accessible from the fenced property** -Water hose on site for use. Dog shower/bath area to the right of the shed with dog wash hose attached, shampoo, and wash shammy. Or you may bring your own bath supplies! Feel free to give your dog a shower/bath! ***Just added dog pool*** For use at no extra charge! Fill up/use if you'd like! (It's been stored for the fall/winter...but if you would like to use it...please let me know at time of booking) -Dog water bowl, dog brush, toys, treats, human and dog tick spray provided. All located in large deck box inside the gate. -Bring doggy towels in case of mud or bathing! -Porch swing and seating areas with a shed deck, gas grill, picnic table and hammock at the top of the property. -Chair/table area at the bottom of rock trail. At the end of the cleared field is a 2 single seat swing set and hammocks by the bridge. -**NEW** we have expanded the field area to fence in the hill! Bring a chair and let your dog run in our large pet turf area and play on our agility equipment. We have 2 medium sized sun shades, pup poop bags and a hose. Located in downtown WS with lots of free parking.

Nice country field and wooded homestead with a creek for you and your pet to explore. We also have an indoor building we use for dog.play.time when the weather isn't great.

**Yard entrance has 7 steps. My backyard loves to have pups running around. Feel free to sit by the fire pit and enjoy a snack/water, while your pup explores the yard or digs in the digging zone :) Fully fenced in backyard with 6 foot high privacy fencing.

We have 40 acres we want to share with you. 10 acres are pastures/grass which we keep mowed about every 3 weeks and the rest are woods! We have about 2 1/2 miles of trails to walk, bike or run. We are just minutes away from Pilot Mountain State Park and Highway 52, a perfect spot to stop if you're passing through. Out buildings are off limits to everyone. If it is windy, please be extra mindful in the woods- trees and branches do fall! We try to keep up with any big downed trees and try to keep trails clear. If you notice something that you feel needs our attention, please leave me a message and we will do our best! On the lane to our place, you will pass neighbors who have dogs. Please be on the lookout and drive slowly. They are typically leashed or the Great Pyrenees are in the field with the goats. Please note that the map to the property is in the black box. This will show the trails and the swimming hole! The pond is not on our property, but the creeks are! It's summer and the bugs are out!Please ensure you and your dog protect against ticks/bugs. There is an abundance of wildlife on the property- deer, turkey, snakes, squirrels, vultures, hawks and groundhogs. Please make sure you're comfortable with you're dog's recall. We hope you come and enjoy some off leash time with your 4 legged best friend(s) as you explore the pastures, wooded trails and creek!

A nice big yard fenced all the way around in a very good neighborhood. Shaded areas . Water hose available. As well as a water bowl. Deck overlooking the whole back yard. All the neighbors have dogs. Amenities will be added as things grow. And yes I have a small dog , but he will be kept inside during your visit. Parking is curbside with a short walk to the back yard. Folding chairs will be available on the deck. Ice cold water in a cooler will be provided. Squirrels, birds and rabbits are common to see.

Sweetwater Court Private Dog Playground and Garden is perfect for the traveling pet who needs a break to run and play or for someone who needs safety for dogs and children to play. This is not just our yard; it is our field, and a little more than half an acre is fenced. Another 5 1/2 acres offers privacy and serenity. Feel free to let your pet run through the fenced field and dig in the garden. We don’t mind! There plenty of interesting areas for your pet to explore and run and a lot for them to sniff and explore. The field is mowed weekly and may have some bare spots and occasionally dog poop. We are not UPSCALE. We are all about safe free time for you and your pet. Small dogs such as Havanese, terriers, and Bichons love our spot, as well as Labrador & golden retrievers, Portuguese water dogs, beagles, shepherds, pit bulls and mixed breeds. Big or little, there is something for everyone. We are located just 2 miles off Interstates 85 and 40 with easy access. We have a water spigot on the property. A bench, pillows and a lounging blanket are always included. We have additional extras, and feel free to ask questions. Children’s toys are available too. We have a jumper ball, football and toss and catch Velcro gloves. It is all great fun for the family. The children’s toys are not left out unless requested. Quite simply it means that you make an appointment through the app. Only you, your friends and the dogs you bring are in the totally fenced Playground during that time. You can book 30 min to 3 hours at a time. Can you have a birthday party with children and your dog? YES! Can we have more than one car? Yes. Can we take pictures? YES, PLEASE DO. Is there an entrance fee for people? No, only dogs. Can we bring lunch? Yes. Will your dogs be in the yard? No, just yours. Do you have a place for the adults to sit? Yes. We have two cushioned benches and three chairs to move around. We also have a waterproof blanket for you and your pup. All we ask is that you leave it as you found it.
