This small space is perfect to let your dog run , play, or relax in the sun or shade without the worry of escaping. The .25 acre lot is fully fenced, 4 foot on the lowest side and 6 foot on the highest side. This yard space is the backyard of a house, so be mindful that this is other doggies home as well as your play area! There are other dogs & cats in the neighborhood that roam, so be watch for them as you load and unload your dogs for their playtime. There is a gate on both sides of the house, one accessible from the driveway and the other is on the far left side of the house. For parking, if there is room you can park in the driveway, otherwise you can park on the road in front of the house. 😊

This area has wooded trails as well as cleared areas. Densely wooded areas and thickets all around. TICK PREVENTION IS A MUST! There are no pesticides or herbicides used here. Only natural horticulture vingear for spot weed control. This area is located beside Bear Creek and when the creek is high or after a good rain IT WILL BE MUDDY on the right side of the property! Dry creekbed located across the back of the property. **The Creek is NOT accessible from the fenced property** -Water hose on site for use. Dog shower/bath area to the right of the shed with dog wash hose attached, shampoo, and wash shammy. Or you may bring your own bath supplies! Feel free to give your dog a shower/bath! ***Just added dog pool*** For use at no extra charge! Fill up/use if you'd like! (It's been stored for the fall/winter...but if you would like to use it...please let me know at time of booking) -Dog water bowl, dog brush, toys, treats, human and dog tick spray provided. All located in large deck box inside the gate. -Bring doggy towels in case of mud or bathing! -Porch swing and seating areas with a shed deck, gas grill, picnic table and hammock at the top of the property. -Chair/table area at the bottom of rock trail. Throughout the day, the trees around the area do provide some shade within the fence. Your pups are free to dig, I just ask that the holes created be filled back in before you leave. There is a dedicated parking area right in front of the access gate, after you turn into the gravel driveway (marked by red reflectors).
