Description

Come hike 63+ acres of land with trails throughout at our future homestead! The first 20 acres is grassland with multiple mowed trails. The back 43+ is wooded with one main trail circling through it and two entrance/exits. The brown “Trail Entrance” signs mark the woods. There is wetland off trail throughout the property, but mostly in the woods with a large one in the center of the trail. Water levels will vary. The trails are used for ATV’ing but make for a great hike! Plan for a picnic…we have a platform with a picnic table and garbage can available. A beautiful & peaceful spot! Note: The large pond outside the woods trail at the way back of the property is NOT ours but marks the property line shown on the aerial view photo. A “No Trespassing…” sign is posted to mark it. The woods trail runs along the border of it. You’ll see a house on the other side. This is an area you’ll hear people & other noises if they’re outside. If you see orange hunter tape in the woods and t-posts randomly in the grassland, don’t worry, those are ours to mark the trails so we don’t lose them in the Fall & Spring. If you go off trail in the woods and find deer stands, those are NOT ours and you’ve probably gone too far. *No well or city water access at this time* It’s vacant land we use recreationally right now. :)

Uneven ground, fallen trees, thorn bushes, steep hills, TICKS, wildlife (deer, turkeys, other expected critters), unmarked remnants of a barbwire fence on both sides of perimeter in woods at the start of it, wild parsnip🚫 in grassland {blends in with the goldenrod}. No littering 🚯 I love my flowers! Do not allow your dog to pee on the flower shrubs at entrance of property(x6) and by the shed(x2) as this will kill them. All are marked with a blue reflective stake. Do not damage or remove any signs or personal property of ours. Return dog toys to crate & protective sprays to cooler after use. The perimeter of the property is not clearly marked but guests can go off trail, at your own risk, and enjoy all of the wooded and open space in between trails, but going beyond the trail enters neighboring private property at some point and is considered trespassing. Please be respectful to our neighbors.

This is a great little spot with alot of privacy once you are down the hill by the river. There is an open field for the dogs to run and play catch with a mix of grass and sand, There are multiple spots where the dogs and people can get into the water if you wish . I also have a picnic table and some chairs down there to sit and relax at , it is very peaceful and private. I also offer overnight camping for guests for 100 a night , I have a nice large lodge style tent set up overlooking the river , there is a grill picnic table , firepit a couple fishing poles or you could always bring your own. I also have kayaks and a canoe available for rent also.

**Formerly Pink Pitbull Club** We used to bring our dogs here to Pink Pitbull Club, and when the opportunity to buy came along we jumped on it. We have one reactive girl who has just loved having a huge yard to play and not worry about other people and dogs, I'm sure your pups will love it as well! The front gate is remotely controlled to let guests in, and a button on the inside of the gate for whenever you need to leave. There is a doorbell camera set up for when you arrive, just ring the bell, I'll say hello and let you in :). There's an additional doorbell camera right on the inside of the gate in case you need anything during your visit. I'm happy to chat on the app for any folks that are Deaf/HOH to get in or need help. The yard is 5ft fence with a privacy screen. There are trees and shrubs for your pups to sniff and explore, as well as a wide open lawn perfect for fetch. There are parkour options and a ball pit in the back of the yard and a toy box up near the gate. For summer, we've got some water options to keep your pups cool - a kiddie pool and splash pad, as well as the hose with a mister attachment! Towels provided to dry off before you leave.
