45As big and beautiful as pics show. My first time there. This is what I experienced... There was a poop a previous guest left. It says leave everything the way you find it, so I left it. Mainly because I only had 1 bag which I used for my pup. I tossed my bag in the little trash can by rail of deck. Hope that was OK. I didn't know how old the little water dispenser was on basketball court. So I didn't let my pup near it. I brought my own bottles of water ad bowl, but wondered if in the summertime, is a hose available for refill or to fill my tiny kiddy pool. My dog gets really hot quickly in full sun. It was a great safe place to find out that my dog is obsessed with sniffing everywhere, and has no recall when doing that. Lol. Thanks for sharing your beautiful property. I do recommend it to anyone that needs their pups in a private location.

Description

Our backyard is very well maintained, approximately a half an acre of fenced yard. Due to some maintenance done to the property, the lawn was reseeded. There are patches but we have reseeded those areas as well. It will take a few weeks for the new growth. We provide several seating areas for our guests with umbrellas. However, you may need to wear a sun hat to help with additional shading. We provide potty bags and a garbage can for disposal. Water provided to dogs and minimal toys. Tetherball has been added and is only to be used by your dog. The tetherball is NOT for humans(small, medium, or large sizes). Thank you and Enjoy!

Yard is uneven and may have hidden holes in the grassy area. Please watch where you are stepping to prevent injuries. We also had to reseeded to ensure the patches have grass and it will take a few weeks until new growth is seen. Please be patient.

The entrance is on the leftside of the house. Follow the cement walkway past the front door. Then go through single white door on the right.

Dogs must be leashed when entering and exiting the spot.
Make sure the area is safe and secure before bringing your dog in.
Never enter a spot before your booking start time and never leave late.
Pick up after your dogs. Leave the spot as it was when you arrived.

    Host replied: Thank you for your feedback. As for the poop, I apologize the previous guest didn’t clean up after their pup. For the water, it does get replaced every other day. There is a black garbage can next to the basketball court but tossing it in the other can is fine too. During the summer I usually fill up a baby pool for the dogs to use for drinking or for wading.
