Breathtaking Dog Oasis in New Albany

Beautiful space and we had lots of privacy!

We had so much fun here! The pond is great, and my dog had so much fun swimming. We did see the German Shepard tied up outside the neighbor’s house, which for a reactive dog owner made me nervous, but my dog was having so much fun he didn’t even notice! There are also train tracks right next to the property so we did see a train go by, which my dog had never seen a train before but it ended up being NBD but just thought I’d mention it. Overall a great experience and will be back!

Great place for my retrievers to swim!

Beautiful property!!! My pup loved the pond and running around :) *there was a dog in the distance, a German shepherd, he barked at us but he is hooked to a leash so he can’t get free so don’t worry, your pup is safe!*

Property is gorgeous and my pup loved the lake. Didn't see or hear any other dogs and the host is so sweet. Will definitely be back. My pup had a blast

This spot is lovely however two aggressive dogs no lease no owner in site ran up and attacked my dog who was on lease . I was able to kick one of them to scare them off . They were both close to 100lbs. The whole reason I drove 30 minutes to this spot is because my girl has fear based aggressive with other dogs . They could have killed my dog they were in full attack mode . They came back a second time when we were getting in our car and I yelled at them to Go home and was waving my arms . My dog was completely freaked out . Please be sure the host really knows their neighbors and surroundings this could have ended tragically. I waited a day before writing this review . But I can’t help but think this we incredibly irresponsible on the host part to not know the surroundings. The dogs came out of a building across the street and made a bee line straight for us . We were finally in our car I saw the dogs return to This buildings parking lot . And they were there barking at anything that passed . Terrible experience.

This was definitely shocking as we have a fur baby of our own (we kept her inside during your visit as she is scared of other dogs) that plays on our land and we've never had an experience like this. We have already reached out to the business that you said these dogs came from. This is unacceptable and hits home as we want everyone to feel safe here as well as our own doggie. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
