A quiet and safe neighborhood. Premises Monitored By Video. Video surveillance is for safety & liability only. It is never used to post or share your moments. Please No Smoking, Vaping, Drugs or Alcohol on the property. This is not a playground, so Please Watch and Supervise your children. A maximum of 2 cars and 3 people per dog. I won’t always be home to double check the yard in between guests, so if you could be mindful of this and leave it all cleaned up. Thank You.

We have a Single Family House with a Large Grassy, .10 acre Safe Private 6ft and 4ft Tall, Fully Fenced-In Backyard in a Safe & Quiet Neighborhood Location. With a Safe Private Driveway Parking. A SunSetter Rain Shelter & Sun Shade Awning. Sit and Stay Out of the Sun while your dog will enjoy playing and running. So Come spend some quality time with you and your dog(s). Perfect for dogs who like to run and play fetch. So bring their favorite balls/toys to throw around or just enjoy your dog running off leash. We have several amenities for humans and dogs! The best amenity is the sectioned off agility yard! You may rent this portion of the yard as an extra. The agility portion of the yard is sectioned off is 90’x90’, includes all the all rubberized max200 contacts (dog walk, a frame, teeter), max200 channel 12 poles, two tunnels, table (rubberized Max200), tire (max200) and lots of various jumps!! I also have 2x2s available! Practice whatever you need to get your next QQ! The remainder of the yard is for free play including a kiddie pool, shade in the afternoons, dog toys and plenty of grass to sniff and run! Play yard gets good shade in the afternoons and evenings.
