Dog parties and evening sessions welcome! The Westleigh is a thoughtfully curated, cheerful and zen backyard space. Dogs and humans are welcome to all areas of the backyard (approx 6500 sq ft). A great place for dogs to explore and humans to relax! Fully fenced and secure. There is a fully restored vintage trailer that serves as a warming station and has a bathroom and cold drinks inside. Water bowls, a kiddie pool and splash pad available for the doggos.

Book by the hour (or even half hour!) and give your dog the safe, stress-free adventure they deserve. 🐾 There are windows and sliding doors that point out to some sections of the yard if you have a highly reactive dog please let me know so I can make sure my dog Ginger is put away and your pup can't see her through the windows. Saltwater pool limitations: Please note that this is a saltwater pool which is great for humans and pets and doesn't have that heavy chlorine smell. Saltwater pools are generally safer and gentler on dog fur and skin than traditional heavily-chlorinated pools, as they lack harsh chloramines that cause brittle hair and irritation. However, the salt and generated chlorine can strip a dog's natural protective oils and more dirt off meaning if there is a heavily booked day the pool although clean, can be cloudy as I typically have multiple reservations a day for sniffspot! I do my very best to keep it in the cleanest state possible before each booking although if I am gone during the day I cannot do my any additional touch ups in-between bookings. Although the pool is always clean from a sanitation standpoint and general upkeep level, professional weekly pool cleanings occur mid-week either Tuesday or Wednesday if you want to keep that in mind for your bookings to have the "freshest" pool possible. Please note that Sniffspot does not have insurance for humans swimming. So if you would like to swim with your pups in the pool. By booking this listing you acknowledge that there is no lifeguard on duty and that you assume all possible risk and liability. Please add the Swim with your Pup extra to your reservation for each 2 "humans" if you plan to swim with your pup for the appropriate pricing. Any reservations with two or more dogs do not need to add the extra 🙂 Please let me know if you have any questions. A dog agility park with a pool that’s perfect for daytime fun and well lighted for nighttime visits too. Yes you can swim too along with your dog(s). This yard is dog tested and approved! They love jumping in the pool, using agility equipment, and playing chase around this big fenced area! Note: In the summer months my yard is in full sun in the mornings and doesn’t have much shade till about 5pm. You can sit in the gazebo for shade as needed.
