Currently the calendar is open for bookings up to two weeks in advance to avoid any conflicts/cancellations with a six hour notice for bookings, if you're looking to book some day and you don't see availability please message me as there might be availability but the buffer is to make sure in case I'm not home that Ginger is put away inside 🙂 Your dog's own private paradise, fully fenced and all to themselves. Give your pup the freedom to run, sniff, and play in this spacious, fully fenced yard with plenty of room to stretch their legs and a salt water pool to cool off and swim. Whether your dog loves to zoom across open ground or leisurely explore every corner, this space has it all. What your dog will love: 🌳 Shade & trees to cool off and explore 💧 Pool to splash and stay refreshed 🏃 Large open area perfect for fetch, zoomies, or off-leash training 🪑 Comfortable seating so you can relax while your pup plays. Even a swing you can swing on under the big pine tree! Every booking is 100% private yard— no other dogs, no strangers, just you and your furry family. Perfect for dogs of all sizes, breeds, and energy levels. Book by the hour (or even half hour!) and give your dog the safe, stress-free adventure they deserve. 🐾 There are windows and sliding doors that point out to some sections of the yard if you have a highly reactive dog please let me know so I can make sure my dog Ginger is put away and your pup can't see her through the windows. Saltwater pool limitations: Please note that this is a saltwater pool which is great for humans and pets and doesn't have that heavy chlorine smell. Saltwater pools are generally safer and gentler on dog fur and skin than traditional heavily-chlorinated pools, as they lack harsh chloramines that cause brittle hair and irritation. However, the salt and generated chlorine can strip a dog's natural protective oils and more dirt off meaning if there is a heavily booked day the pool although clean, can be cloudy as I typically have multiple reservations a day for sniffspot! I do my very best to keep it in the cleanest state possible before each booking although if I am gone during the day I cannot do my any additional touch ups in-between bookings. Although the pool is always clean from a sanitation standpoint and general upkeep level, professional weekly pool cleanings occur mid-week either Tuesday or Wednesday if you want to keep that in mind for your bookings to have the "freshest" pool possible. Please note that Sniffspot does not have insurance for humans swimming. So if you would like to swim with your pups in the pool. By booking this listing you acknowledge that there is no lifeguard on duty and that you assume all possible risk and liability. Please add the Swim with your Pup extra to your reservation for each 2 "humans" if you plan to swim with your pup for the appropriate pricing. Any reservations with three or more dogs do not need to add the extra 🙂 Please let me know if you have any questions. Liv's Doggie Playground

When I moved here with my 3 shepherds, they loved this yard! I want dogs of all sizes to enjoy it again. I have toys for the pups to enjoy & I leave out water for the pups & adults. There’s a pooper scooper by the trash can & bags hanging in the patio. The pups can enjoy the cool grass in the Vegas desert. Any questions please ask!

The Westleigh

Dog parties and evening sessions welcome! The Westleigh is a thoughtfully curated, cheerful and zen backyard space. Dogs and humans are welcome to all areas of the backyard (approx 6500 sq ft). A great place for dogs to explore and humans to relax! Fully fenced and secure. There is a fully restored vintage trailer that serves as a warming station and has a bathroom and cold drinks inside. Water bowls, a kiddie pool and splash pad available for the doggos.

Please review this before coming for your visit. I may not always be able to message back right away** We have a fully fenced home located in Henderson off valle verde and warm springs. All of the grass in the front and backyard are turf but we have misters setup to make the turf cooler for human feet and dog paws. All water sources will have a hose underneath please feel free to screw in the hose or misters and use as you please. We also have a large pool and a gazebo and fire pit available for use. All dogs & humans welcomed in the pool! Pool is not heated and usually is 76-85 degrees in the summer. Front and backyard have water sources for dog bowls and a hose to hose off the dogs if needed! Please note only the backyard above the pool is lit at night to whatever color desired. Just let us know in advance (:
