The Gulch Pool

Welcome to our dog pool! Yup, that’s right, we designed this pool specifically for dogs!!!! We have 3 large benches that accommodate dogs of all sizes (some benches are more shallow/deeper than others), plus a step that goes all the way around the pool for dogs to walk on. In addition to that, we have a step in the deep end that makes it easy for the dogs to get in and out of the pool! We also have bubblers inside of the pool (the dogs go crazy over these) and then outside of the pool we have fountains that shoot into the pool! This is literally a dream pool for dogs and dog owners! The pool is surrounded by artificial turf and a gorgeous view! We can’t wait for you to check out our pool! The Gulch Lake

The ultimate dog escape! A certified organic ranch and dreamy lake surrounded by rolling hills! Your dogs can experience wild foul, fish and cattle or spend their time time swimming away at the lake! There is a picnic table (not in the best shape, but can fit about 4 people) for your stuff and a great combination of sun and shade surrounding the lake! We recently added a 1.2 mile trail around our property. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Accessing our lake requires a bit of a walk through uneven terrain with cow holes, which may be challenging for some. If you have difficulty walking on rough ground, this Sniffspot may not be the best fit. While there is a path, it is not perfectly smooth, and less active visitors may find it hard to navigate. Cows do roam freely in the same field. They are harmless, but please be sure to close all gates securely when entering or leaving the area. We recommend ignoring the cows—they’ll leave you alone if you do the same. Our house is the only house on the right side of the road. Please do not stop/disturb the first houses on the left side of the driveway. Keep coming down our driveway and park near the light blue green house on the right. If you’re wondering if we test for toxic blue green algae, the answer is yes! The test was negative! Please see our pictures for confirmation of a negative test! Test performed on 6/1/25

Fully Fenced, Peaceful, Beautiful Dog Park

A beautiful fenced-in 3+ acre parcel with hills, a few trees, areas with short and tall grass. Dogs absolutely love it here. Occasionally we’ll see wild turkeys and a few deer (and a gopher or squirrel here and there) but otherwise it is a dog roaming paradise. Easy to pull in and park on the gravel area. I have dog bowls, a few toys, 3 pooper scoopers, emergency poop bags, and a couple of washing stations. Cell reception is reasonably good here.

Open 6am -8pm with 5ft no climb fencing. Great place to let your dog run safely. Bring and enjoy the porch swing in our new “Dog House” while your dog enjoys the park! Winters are wet Mornings are chilly It can get warm but we get coastal breeze I keep it as mowed as I can in Leave my toys & balls!!!!!!

1,500 Sq Ft Cute Fenced Backyard — Patio, Fire Pit & Room to Run ☺️

What’s waiting for you: A wide stamped-concrete patio with room to run and play fetch. There’s a fire pit with seating, a hose for water play and refills, and toys, waste bags, and a pooper scooper already on hand so you can travel light. Flowering beds and dracaena palms line the edges, with plenty for a curious nose to investigate 🥰 Heads up on the prickly pear: There’s a large prickly pear cactus in the yard. We do our best to keep fallen pears picked up, but they drop often, and they carry tiny hair-like spines that are hard to see and irritating to paws and mouths. Please keep an eye on your dog around the cactus and the ground beneath it, especially if yours is the type to mouth things they find 🌵 Great for: fetch, tag, chase, water play, sunbathing, or sprawling out to watch the sunset. Solid fencing all the way around with lattice on top and no through-traffic, just a calm, contained space to be off-leash 🌿☀️🐾🐕🦴☺️
