We have almost 16 acres, just 1 mile from Canonsburg & McMurray. We have 3 separate pastures fenced in. One is where we plant our gardens, one is large & fenced in (but not escape proof), and one is about 1/2 acre. This smaller one is secure (unless your dog is very small or will dig under a fence) If you want your dog to be off leash we will ask you to use the 1/2 acre back pasture which has cattle fencing (you will access using a secure gate). If you keep your dog on the leash you’re welcome to walk him or her anywhere in our other pastures or in our woods. Before you let your dog off the leash, please inspect my fencing to be sure your dog will not be able to get out. Two chairs and a table are provided for comfort. A first aid kit, poop bags and a trash can are available. Water bowls (filled with clean water) and dog toys/balls will be available and will be sanitized after every use. We have a lovely yard that is fully fenced and ready for you and your dog to come play! We live in a nice quiet neighborhood close to Washington. We have a newly paved driveway to park in or street parking, whichever you choose. Please use the smaller gate to access the yard. We do have a dog who is always inside during visits. Sometimes he can be heard barking. We apologize for this. We try to keep him upstairs during visits to prevent distractions. The yard is fully fenced with a 6 foot tall privacy fence! We have a newly renovated deck with a nice patio furniture set. Please feel free to enjoy the deck while your dogs play! I love to garden and always have beautiful flowers on display during the summer. We have a retractable gate on the deck if you need to use it. Our yard does have hills but can still be easily walked around. The hills are great to tire out your dog while playing fetch and having them run up and down! We have a hose that can be used for water (except during the winter we put them away in storage). We have a bucket for poop and a garbage can in the driveway for any trash. We cannot wait to host you and your pup!

Enter the backyard via either gate and enjoy! - Water jug under the deck (attn: may be frozen in winter) - Poop bags by the water jug - Trash can under the deck for poop bags - Bin of dog toys for your use - flirt pole, chuck it balls, tug, frisbee - Table and chairs in the yard and also on the deck If your dog likes to dig, they may dig freely in the dirt under the deck. This is a yard full of great sniffs - squirrels, chipmunks, voles, birds, bunnies and ground hogs all trek through regularly. Many dogs love to climb up on the stone walls and sniff everything. Running around on the huge deck is also popular! Note: The large deck has bird feeders containing safflower and sunflower seed. They are mostly out of reach, but safe for dogs just in case. DO NOT ENTER OTHER PEOPLE'S YARDS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. **Please use caution in winter as everything will be snowy and slippery. The backyard and deck are not cleared in winter.
