Welcome to our private 2-acre yard in the Memphis metro. This is a quiet, private space for your dog to sniff, run, and decompress away from crowded dog parks. The yard is partially fenced on one side. This works best for dogs who stay close, recall well, or stay on a long line. It is not a secure off-leash enclosure for escape artists or dogs who bolt toward roads or neighbors. Ground is mostly grass with [open run space / a few trees ]Humans can sit at [porch / bench. Please pick up waste; bags and a trash can is at the gate. Parking is circle driveway. Enter through side gate. The house is off-limits. During your booking the yard is yours — no other dogs or people on the property.

🐾 Welcome to My Sniffspot! 🐶 Looking for a place where your dogs can stretch their legs, run around, and enjoy some outdoor time? You're in the right place! I’m happy to share my yard with fellow dog lovers who want to give their pups some extra room to play, explore, and burn off energy. Whether your dogs enjoy playing fetch, exploring the outdoors, or simply getting some fresh air, this is a place for them to enjoy being dogs! ❤️ A quick heads-up for pet parents: My yard is not fenced, so dogs must be able to remain safely on the property. I do have training collars available if needed, but owners are responsible for ensuring their dogs are safe and under control at all times. My goal is to provide a welcoming space where you and your four-legged family members can enjoy some outdoor fun! 🐕 Bring your pups, enjoy the fresh air, and let the fun begin! 🐾

The perfect area for your dog (must be fully vaccinated) to run free and swim to get their zoomies out! A grey bin by the center post in the barn will have bug spray, doggie poop bags, toys and sanitizer. The green trash can is next to the parking spot at the end of the concrete driveway. Enjoy!

Hi! I’m Bryson, and welcome to my Sniffspot! 🐾 I’m excited to share my backyard with you and your furry friends. I wanted to create a private, comfortable space where dogs can get some exercise, explore, play, and enjoy some outdoor time without the crowds of a public dog park. 📍 Conveniently located just off East 240 and about 10 minutes from Memphis International Airport, making it an easy stop for local dog owners or travelers with their pets. I’m all about keeping the space clean, safe, and welcoming for both dogs and their owners. Whether your pup needs somewhere to burn off some energy, practice training, or simply enjoy some fresh air, I’d love for you to make yourself at home. Thanks for considering my Sniffspot! I hope you and your pup have a great time. 🐶❤️

This is a farm out in Mississippi. We have a lake perfect for swimming, you can walk your dogs in the pasture and wooded area. Fences are iron with cable and some areas still have barbed wire. Animals on the property incude horses, donkeys, chickens, and 2 cats. The horses and donkeys will be in the barn when guests remg the space. There are horses next door to the property that I have no control over.
