You’ll love it here because of the massive open lawn which provides plenty of "zoomie" space for long-distance fetch or frisbee. It’s fully fenced & secure providing a safe environment for reactive dogs or those who lack a reliable recall. We also provide seating where you can relax on our patio while your dog explores, feel free to open the sun-shade! While we are conveniently located close to 74 highway for easy access, we are also tucked away from heavy traffic, giving you a calm bonding experience with your pet. Our driveway is extra wide and provides convenient parking and a clear entry gate make getting in and out a breeze. Whether you have a high-drive athlete who needs to burn off steam or a shy pup who just wants a peaceful stroll without the stress of a public park, our yard is the perfect sanctuary. Tina's Fully Fenced Field/Pond/Woods Mineral Springs/Waxhaw

The one plus acre field is the area where the dogs would play/run, there are also woods they can go into, they also have access to a pond about 3/4 acre, but this would need to be discussed at first visit so you take a look and see if it is acceptable. The whole area is fenced. Five acres in total. We do have five dogs, but they would be in the house when you are visiting with your dogs, you may hear them bark, but would not see them, a separate entrance to the field is available. No traffic near by.

The Ponderosa - Four Acres Fully Fenced

Wide open for dogs that need to run. Our guests have highlighted that they appreciate that they have easy visibility to keep eyes on their dog. The pasture was originally used for goats so there are lots of interesting smells. Picnic table and outdoor furniture for humans or dogs underneath shade trees. Climbing structure. Trash and dog bags available. Entrance is 80 yards away from residence. Minutes from 485/Lawyers Rd - easy to find, easy to get to!
