We have 8 acres in total and multiple different fenced in yards. One yard is our backyard which is fully fenced and had access to to a pool. The pool has a large landing area easy for dogs to get in and out of. Then we have a turfed fully fenced yard near the pool. We also have a huge arena in case you have a high energy dog that’s wants to run. The horses do share the fence line but if you have a reactive or nervous dog we’re more than happy to put them away so your dog can’t see them at all. I’m also a trainer and happy to accommodate the space that best suits your dog so just let us know what you need when you book and what area you’d like to use.

Welcome to Pawsitively zen!🐾 A private 1 acre off-leash oasis for your fur-babies to play and sniff around in a fully fenced and safe environment. Dogs are free to swim in our refreshing pool and human guests can add the pool extra for $7 per person per hour💦🐾 (Please refer to the “Extra” section to add the pool) You can also pay using Venmo, Cash App, or cash. For my awesome PAWrents enjoy our complimentary coffee/ snack bar☕️ along with our complimentary stocked fridge with refreshing drinks. Enjoy free pup cups and doggy treats 🐾😋 Poop bags/poop scooper are also provided. 💩 Unwind and recharge in any of our shaded seating areas and tree swings 🧘🏻‍♀️ We have a whole selection of boardgames and an all new Giant Connect 4 ! We’ve also added an all new agility training area where you can practice commands and test their skills. 🎉For groups of 6 or more be sure to check out the “extra” section for “Family and Friends Park Rental” which includes barbecue area, unlimited dogs, unlimited human guests pool use (during open season). Please do not disturb them. Our friendly horse is used to dogs, kids, and noise. There is a peaceful country feel though located close to town. While pup parents can sit and relax, walk around the grounds, take a hike on our small backtrail, or swing, it is perfect for pups, adults, and children to enjoy (especially during the summer and snowy months). If your fur baby needs water after so much excitement and play, please feel free to give them water (which is accessible throughout the property), so they have a restful trip home. ❤️ We take pride in giving our fur visitors the best possible experience, along with keeping their human parents in mind. We set out some extras for not only the pups, but also the humans, without any extra charge. Our goal is to make you feel welcomed as soon as you reserve your Sniffspot time and before walking onto our property. ❤️ It's a little piece of heaven that we enjoy daily and decided to open it up to our community. We also have our very own yard guardian, that we named BLUE (featured in our main property photo). He protects the rest of the small birds such as the finches and blue jay's from the crows and hawks. He is always perched on the railing of the deck between 7am to about 11am. 💙 We hope to see ya'll soon!
