35Grass was a little tall, makes it hard to pick up your dogs poo. listing says toys available but it was a small selection and they are all very worn/cracked/etc. wasn't clear where to find water at for them. 2 farm gates to go through and have to park your car where you can't really see it. Part of the fenced in enclosure has a house in it and an rv so that definitely takes away from the space you have for them. So it's not truly an acre for them to play in. Also there was a very large hog grazing directly outside of the wire fence we were in that was making our dogs go crazy so we cut our trip a little short. But was nice for our first experience.
55Pluto really enjoyed this spot. The area is kept up and very clean .Plenty of room for him to run safely off leash. The owners were flexible and very polite and accommodating. We will be using this spot often
