55i just want to thank Colleen for the sniffspot.i joined sniffspot last month and been to Colleen spot 2 times.the first time an hour 2nd 2 hours.i have 3 rescues.My dogs loved the pool and the yard.They were so happy to be in the place.Colleen has everything a dog would love in her yard.i have also booked her again for 2 hours coming next sunday.i live in nyc and my house does not have fenced backyard and pool.i highly recommend this place to anyone with loved ones(dogs).you will enjoy 100 percent

I really appreciate it so very much beautiful and plenty of land and they could go off on an adventure into the woods and come right back out. It’s very safe.

Large grass yard, mulch, and wooded area on each side of the yard will keep your dog busy sniffing and exploring. The ground is cleared in the wooded areas for fun running and walks. Large blue stone shaded patio that backs up to woods. The large in ground pool is uncovered and ready to swim for an additional charge (see below”Extras”). The fencing between the yard and pool is not 100% secure, just keep an eye on your pups. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for privacy. There are poop bags, a bowl of water and a basket of toys for you and your pup if you wish. Whether you want to sit in the shade or play in the sun, there are multiple seating areas.
