In summer the fields grow hay so we walk around the perimeter of the fields. In winter we keep a path cleared through the field to the forest trail. You can walk, snowshoe or ski with your dog(s).

Pinewood Trails

***Charges in USD*** Come enjoy our 100 acre property with an established trail, a pond and a hilltop area with a picnic table, seating and fire pit. We are located only 10 minutes west outside of Peterborough. Our property is home to wildlife such as turkeys and deer - although it may be rare to spot them. **WINTER DISCLAIMER** Due to the size of our property, our trails are not plowed during the winter so we highly recommend wearing winter boots, spikes, snowshoes to enjoy the trails.

Mary's 30 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park In Castleton

Just 15 minutes from the 401, our quiet escape is here for you and your pup(s) to roam free. Bit by bit, we are reclaiming forgotten trails and adding amenities that both you and your bffs can enjoy peacefully. We hope you enjoy the nature and beauty of our woods in rural Ontario! Future Plans: This summer (July/August 2026) we will expand by marking additional trails, a shelter / picnic area, an agility park and patches of Ontario wildflowers to add to your experience.

WELCOME to our backyard paradise! 😍🐶 Pool is now heated! 🙌😎 🐶- Price is for 1 dog, every additional dog is 50% off! 🧍🏻🧍🏻‍♀️- Humans can swim too but for additional fee and must be booked in “extra” section when booking!! Max 4 people on property! Welcome to Durham Regions only Sniffspot with in ground salt water pool, and fully fenced 1 acre grass yard! 6 ft high privacy fence allowing your dog to zoom around the whole 1 acre backyard! 🤩 We absolutely love dogs, having 5 rescue dogs of our own, we know how tough it can be to find a safe and secure property for them to run and enjoy themselves! So we created our own little backyard heaven for them and would love to share it with others ! Whether it be your dog needs lots of space to run, or prefers to take it slow and sniff around, maybe they are a bit shy or reactive to other dogs/people, our backyard is the perfect space for them to relax, feel safe and explore on their own terms! Lakes in Ontario are often full of high levels of 🦠 bacteria, which can be harmful to pets, don’t risk it, stay safe by bringing them to the pool ☺️ We do have 5 dogs, so you may hear some barking from inside, but there will be NO visible or personal contact from our dogs. Pool- if you would like to use the pool with your dog, we would be happy to have you come kick back and relax 😎 This is an additional fee per person per hour and must be booked in the “extra” section when booking in your dog(s) We will provide a towel and float for you! 🥰 4 people max, and for 2 hours max. (longer bookings can be accommodated please message to book) No children under 3 in the pool please. No alcohol permitted on the property. There is free street parking either on our street or the side street beside us ✨We don’t supply life jackets for dogs/humans. So if you or your pet is unsure about swimming it is recommended to bring one. ✨ We donate 10% of all profits to a dog rescue that is near and dear to our heart! So we appreciate every single one of you and by visiting us you help dogs in need! 🐶🥹❤️ IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD this is out of our hands, and is put in place by Sniffspot. They also take 22% off the top from us. We looked at a local kennel close to us with a pool, and seen they charge $20 for 20 minutes. So total it would be $60 for an hour. Plus there are lots of other dogs at the facility which doesn’t work well if you have a reactive dog. We on the other hand are 100% private just for you, and our prices are per hour not just 20 minutes. We wanted to price ourselves as fairly as we could to cover our cost, while still staying as cheap as we could for your pet! 🥰 Safety note- You are fully responsible and liable for your personal safety, your kids safety, and your dogs Safety while in the pool and/or on the property and by booking you acknowledged this and have agreed to this. The property is partially fenced but has a large fully fenced in pen with toys. Forest space with a trail throughout and a large open space for fetch and free roaming. Garbage bin located at end of driveway entrance for pet waste. Very private, right off the 407.

No worries! During the summer we’ve got a hose with shower and sprinkler attachments so you can rinse and refresh before heading home.
