Hello fellow pet parents! We have a total of three lush green acres available for your beloved pet friends to explore. The space is fully-fenced. Our fence is a 3.5 foot high cattle fence with wire mesh. The entrance to our spot is a large metal swing gate. The spot has cut short-grass. There are lots of deer among other animals in the area so your dog can have their own sniffing adventure! No need to worry if your dog is reactive because these animals usually keep their distance. We have digging areas and poop bags. We also have some wood planks that could possibly be used for agility jumps (See pictures). You can enjoy a chill hangout at the picnic table, or relax on the lawn chairs while watching your pup. Hand sanitizer, sunscreen, and a trash can will be provided as well. At this time we are not able to offer water or doggy bowls. The area is quite tranquil; you can enjoy birds chirping or even meditate. Portable lawn chairs are also accessible. It’s a perfect place to take some time off from daily life struggles and relax; both for you and your furry friend! Shady spots are available during any time of the day if you don’t like to be under the sun. We would love to see your furry friends enjoying our yard. Our 6 foot wooden privacy fence surrounds almost half an acre of grass that is regularly mowed. Our landscaping includes opportunity for your dogs to leap from the ledge of our retaining wall, sniff and explore several woodpiles and a "fairy garden" stick pile - which houses native bugs and frogs. We provide dog bags and a bucket of dogs toys on our deck, we also provide fresh water for your dogs to drink, as long as we're home when you make your booking. We LOVE seeing pictures of everyone's dogs enjoying our yard and we hope everyone shares a few when they come thru! Does your dog love water!? Welcome to our yard… and home to our “$10 guarantee.” We love our animals above all else and want to make sure everyone can afford to have a large, safe place for their pups to run and play. That’s why, despite our overwhelming growth in popularity over the past year, we pledge to all our visitors that we won’t raise the price above $10. This is a very large fenced yard behind a single family home close to the end of a cul de sac. Back of yard is up against a small stream and a tree line. There is a small grassy trench that runs part of the yard so be careful if running with your dog! My beloved Petey recently passed away & I want to share his yard in honor of him. He loved his yard in all weather & it will make me happy to see other dogs enjoying it too. The backyard is fully fenced with a small hill that dogs love to run up & down (and roll)! The house & yard are set back from main road so very private & safe for both animals and humans. The neighborhood is generally quiet but you may see people & other pets during your visit (all behind fences). Water hose provided, water dish can be provided. Table & chairs & cover under carport available for use. Lots of wildflowers & planted flowers, along with birds & bunnies. No pesticides, fertilizer, or chemicals used on the lawn. Petey & I hope you enjoy our yard!

Please message me if you want to visit and the time you want is blocked. I may be able to rearrange things! Hills, fields, rocks and a 1 acre farm pond to explore! Please park on the grass between the house and metal barn or on the gravel lot across from the house( but be aware of the electric fence if you park here.) Walk down the edge of the property near the barn to the pond. PLEASE STAY on the left side of the pond and do NOT go into my neighbor's fields/yard on the right. If you can't trust that your dog won't run off the property, please keep him on a leash. This property is not fenced and your dog needs to have good recall in order to run freely. Dogs can run, swim, play and explore the 8 acres of fields above our farm pond. Seating, water and lots of parking. We are only 3 miles from the Baltimore Beltway, 12 miles from the Inner Harbor! We are adjacent to Weber's Peachberry pick your own peaches, apples and berry farm. There is currently a sunflower field in view; there may be people visiting.

Tree lights, fire pit, and access to indoor restroom are all available UPON REQUEST! FYI ~ there is currently a pile of branches down in the far rear of the yard that were clipped from the power lines, so the yard conditions might not be ideal for some guests/dogs. Just wanted to give guests a heads up. I just had a baby a few weeks ago and haven't had a chance to get it properly taken care of. Guests are still more than welcome to book the yard, just didn't want anyone to have an unexpected surprise.
