Description

The dog playing. Area is in my backyard. I live in the Los padres, national Forest and the City is called Pine Mountain Club. It’s very private. Very Quiet shade is underneath the trees and chairs could be moved around for your comfort. Have buck as of Water and a trashcan for the waste. Parking is easy handicap accessible. I have had Many visitors here that Rent and Airbnb nearby and their yards don’t have any Fencing, so their Animal cannot be just let loose because of the wild animals in the area where my house is fully Fence not an Airbnb but I prefer having the spot open to animals. I was considering doing an Airbnb including animals. I haven’t crossed that bridge yet, but hopefully one day I will.

I don’t really see any potential hazards because there’s nothing that’s like that. And if there was, I would take it away immediately, knowing that I was having dogs over or a dog.

I would prefer dogs that are not crazy and don’t attack people and are well. mannered I don’t care if they’re digging holes or climbing up the Tree. That’s fine.

All Dogs Rule! Puppy Paradise

We have a beautiful secluded property on the Sespe Creek in Fillmore. We have acres of orange trees and two fully fenced areas. One is a fenced 100 x 200' sand arena with access to water and shade. In this arena there may be a small amount of sheep droppings if we have been training the dogs for sheep herding. There is a second arena that is 80 x 120' with agility equipment and the sheep don't go in that area. Dogs can play off leash and stretch their legs in either area. Please do not move the agility equipment around. You are also welcome to make your way down to the creek and let your pup swim and play. Outside of the fenced arena you are welcome to wander in our orange orchard at the bottom 1/2 of our property but please don't approach any residences or allow your dog to bother the livestock. There are sheep in a fenced area and Tank, our livestock guardian dog, lives with them. *Please note - The sand is pretty soft and dogs love to dig in it. They are welcome to dig but please fill in any holes they dig (it’s as easy as dragging the sand back into the hole with your foot) because they create a tripping hazard for other dogs and people.
