Come cool off on a hot day , throw a tennis ball or stick around , let the big dogs go in for a nice gulp. Enjoy private beach access. No need to pay for this is slip and slide extra is added .

Bring a big blanket , charcoal grill , towels . And whatever you need for a good time . $3 per person for family picnic .

Rent the property for an afternoon to catch some gorgeous holiday photos . (Photographer will be on site certain dates for mini shoots with holiday pick up truck. You can message me for further details . You can also bring your own photographers or use the convenience of your cell phone.

12.5 acres. No fence. Good for dog swimming or running free if they are off leash trained! There is a wide open space up front or if you choose to go around the back of the house there is a sand beach shallow at the beach area. And more open spots to run on this 12 acres . Ask all guests to come and leave during your time slot. I have a dog that is not friendly with others. So it’s important for the safety of everyone to come during your slot. The water has a blue dye that is safe for people and animals. It’s a dye that aids in blocking uv rays. Please be sure to check weather. If we get heavy rain it can get muddy in areas. Garbage by our barn see photos. Check parking info. Do not park and block the garages. There is a picture under parking info.
