12.5 acres. No fence. Good for dog and people swimming! They can free if they are off leash trained! There is a wide open space up front or if you choose to go around the back of the house there is a sand beach that is shallow at the sand area. Ask all guests to come and leave during your time slot. I have a dog that is not friendly with others. So it’s important for the safety of everyone to come during your slot. The water has a blue dye that is safe for people and animals. It’s a dye that aids in blocking uv rays. Please be sure to check weather. If we get heavy rain it can get muddy in areas. Garbage by our barn see photos. Check parking info. While the yard itself is all yours during your visit, other animals and pets may be seen or heard nearby, so there’s always something interesting to watch or listen to. Whether your dog is here to sprint, sniff, or sunbathe, we hope they leave happy, tired, and dreaming of their next visit!

We live on a corner lot. There is a high, spaced fence along the public sidewalk. There is a kiddie pool (during summer), a rain garden (not really for the dogs, but in case you're worried about water it can temporarily fill up during and after heavy rainfall), and some agility equipment (four jumps and six weave poles) upon request. Easiest access to the yard is to park on E Taylor and enter through the north gate. Please open the gate with the inside latch (about chest height); please do not open the gate with the in-ground bolt. There is a tall, silver trash can on the patio for any human trash. There is a short, silver trash can near the north gate entrance for Dog Bags. Please enjoy a patio chair, dog toys, sunscreen, bug spray, and hammock (weather permitting). Backyard is East Facing so gets lots of morning sun. There is a sun shade over part of the patio but the patio area is 100% shaded by 3:30-4p, the yard is ~50% shaded by 6p, ~100% shaded by 7p.
