This property is also a business (small boarding and dog training) so there may be other dogs (leashed) outside the fenced area. We will try to avoid this if possible, if you don’t want to see other dogs outside the fence let me know and I can suggest times for total seclusion. Water is provided as well as poop pick up equipment and garbage pail. The entrance to the yard is right at the front of the property, to the left of the driveway. Please pull over on the grass I. You are free to cross the bridge and walk in the woods but it may be overgrown during summer and fall. Feel free to splash in the creek or check out the playhouse. We frequently see deer and other wildlife however they likely will be hiding when dogs are around. Please clean up after your pets. *please note we have a woodchuck living under our deck that likes to poop on our stairs. We try our best to clean it up but you may come across some woodchuck droppings. Our yard has been sprayed for mosquitoes, fleas and ticks.

Welcome to "The Pipeline," a field, bush, and forested area with a stream, pond, and trails that dogs are going to love exploring. No neighbours in any direction to hassle you while making all the noise you want. Grass may be tall or short when you arrive, as it is a hay field, with a trail cut around the perimeter, through the middle, and into the forest to get to the pond. Guests are able to explore the whole property, but please stay in the forest and field areas. We have marked the trails with orange tape so that you can follow or just freestyle it and go wherever the nose leads. We realize sometimes dogs get excited and will venture out of those areas, so dont sweat it. As long as they are having fun, just call them back and continue on your way. We do suggest bringing some bug spray/mosquito repellent. There may be some burrs in the bushes,you have to watch for that. I have recently purchased a trail camera to watch for wildlife around the property, so you may once in a while see that put up in various areas.
