PLEASE WATCH YOUR DOG AND TREAT OUR HOME AS IF IT WERE YOURS; any damages to the yard must be paid for. - We do have a Property Manager walk the yard after every visit to document any dug holes, unpicked poop and other possible damages. Any unaccounted for damages will result if the guest being banned permanently from the property as well as reported to SniffSpot - Please note that there is a security camera pointing to the pool area.

We have a gorgeous fully fenced 2 acre area for both dogs and humans to enjoy. Most of the fence is 5 feet with the gate area being 4 feet. Lush green well maintained grass. (No digging allowed please) Wooded area in the back for some sniffing and exploring. In-ground pool that dogs & humans are allowed to use for an extra fee per hour, ADD POOL USE PER HOUR IN THE EXTRAS AREA. IF YOU ARE GOING TO USE THE POOL YOU MUST ADD POOL USE FOR THE ENTIRE TIME YOU ARE HERE. Plenty of sun and shade. Plenty of balls and toys to play with. Car limit is 2 cars, if you have an additional car you can add that on in the extra area. Dog limit is 4 dogs. If you want a doggie birthday party or something please reach out to us and we can figure that out together. Human limit is 6 total, people can be added in the extras for a total of 6. Again if are wanting more people please reach out to us. Yard is fully fenced in. Although neighbors have dogs, we have a wood fence so the other dogs would not be visible to each other. I do have cats, but they will not be outside when you arrive with your dog. We live in a residential area with children and many neighbors. Do have dogs as well. It is a dog friendly neighborhood. The area is completely safe. Plenty of space for your fur baby to run around. Chairs will be left out for you to sit and relax, as well as poop bags. I will be home during visits because I work remotely however, if you wish to not have any interaction, that is perfectly fine the backyard will be available to you when booked.
