The property is fully enclosed with a chain-link fence. Small dogs or dogs that dig should be supervised at all times. Ideal for high-energy dogs who need room to roam, as well as reactive dogs who benefit from privacy, training sessions, or decompression walks. Important notes: • The terrain is natural and includes underbrush, downed trees, and some non-native plants with burrs. • The northeast corner was previously a nightclub site, and occasional debris may remain. • The house is strictly off limits.
