55Such a cute and unique location! Our girls loved exploring, sniffing and playing hide and seek. Joy was very helpful and a great host! The woods are fairly overgrown and it is easy to get tangled up or into some bugs, but I think that made it even more fun for the dogs! Don't forget the bug spray!
55Great little forest! Really feels you are away from the city and my dogs absolutely loved all the different smells. One of my dogs also had great fun leaping over a few small logs. It is fenced and is great if you have dogs that respect barriers or bigger dogs who can’t slip below fences as some of the fencing does have space for this. Would also make sure you’re up to date on tick prevention, as it is a forest! Owner gives fantastic directions that are easy to follow as well. Overall, my dogs had a really good time exploring, we’re definitely worn out afterwards, and it was a peaceful adventure for us!
55Notice for small dog owners! The bottom of the fence between this spot and the pasture is high enough for a short dog to run under with no problem. Our Boston Terrier found it and immediately took off into the pasture. If you have city dogs (or ones with less than great recall or a Beagle) like me, take a long lead. I was very unprepared, but my mom was not and her long leads saved the day. Our beagle put his nose to the ground and disappeared for half and hour. We’re all home now and absolutely exhausted. 10/10 recommend!
55This is a beautiful place for both dogs and their humans. Such a relaxing spot! The backyard and woods are both fully fenced, there was water for the dogs and places to sit and relax for the humans in the backyard near the woods. Whole place was clean as expected and instructions from the host was spot-on in terms of finding our way around. It's a great place to bring your dogs especially if you live in a more urbanized area. We saw some rabbit droppings (I think), and my dogs have been never around rabbits so they had a great time processing all the new scents.

Description

You're invited to enjoy this sprawling, untamed playground, five acres of woods, a puppy paradise, is waiting to be discovered. Mature trees provide shade, and tall grass invites your pups to dive headfirst into adventure. Enjoy as their noses twitch when they catch the scent of wild critters, and their ears perk up at the symphony of birds singing above. Freely allow your pups to chase after the fleeting shadows and elusive squirrels, rabbits, or foxes. The walking trail winds through this untouched ground, in the middle of town. We bought this property for our pups to explore, and since then, they've passed away. We'd love for other dogs to enjoy our property just as much as Mdjai and Vega did.
