This is a fully fenced (5' fencing) K-9 Agility park. There are a large variety of jumps, tunnel, weave poles, teeter, and Pause Table on premise. We have outdoor solar spotlights for after daylight hours use. With temperatures dropping into the 20's at night now, we have removed the hose station until Spring when it becomes warmer again. Please remember to bring water for your pups!! 💧💧💧💧 Poop bags, dog treats and tennis balls are provided. Off street parking on grass, parallel to the front fence. Bottled water, people snacks, hand warmers, chairs and table provided for humans. Dog treats, clean tennis balls, and extra poop bags in Rubbermaid bin under the table. We have enough parking for 3 vehicles along the front fence. Please keep vehicles down to 3 max. Thank you!!

Whether your dog wants to sprint, sniff every inch of the lawn, relax in the shade, or explore new scents along the wooded edges, there’s room to do it here. Guests can enjoy: • A scenic pond area with deck access • Open grassy spaces for running and play • Quiet walking loops throughout the property • Wooded surroundings and natural scent enrichment • Multiple entrance/access points for convenience • A peaceful, private setting away from crowded public dog parks This spot is especially great for: • Reactive dogs needing private off-leash time • High-energy dogs who need room to move • Dogs who enjoy sniffing and exploring nature • Owners looking for a calm, relaxing environment The property has a cozy estate-like feel with mature landscaping, tree-lined driveways, and lots of space to slow down and enjoy being outside together. Huge completely fenced in yard. Agility equipment on property for use if desired. Check out our in progress toy pit! As water activities are now closed for the season we are using our stock tank to house most of our toys so that the dogs can jump in to play or choose one for yard play. Feel free to add any no longer wanted toys to the bunch.

Doggy & Owner Oasis in fully fenced yard with deck!

Welcome to the doggy & owner oasis. You can entertain your fur babies on a .5 acre fully fenced, private, flat yard. If you run out of energy faster than your dog, let them explore while you relax on the deck either in the sunlight on cushioned chairs, or under the covering providing shade and an outdoor sectional! There is a hose with water available upon request for dog bathing - (bring your own shampoo and towel). There will be poo bags, a pooper scooper and trash bucket available for cleanup after your pup(s) has done their business. Bug spray available upon request. Please note, two dogs reside inside the home. You should not see them, may hear them bark at times. The home is on a cul-de-sac and typically pretty private while still close to and convenient to so much! Bluff Point State Park, restaurants, pet stores, etc!

Looking for a quick pit stop off the highway? Or a peaceful quiet space to train your dog? Pop over to our side yard! Please not it is not fenced in so stay present with your dogs! Also, there is a chicken coop on the property. The chickens will be secured so no need to worry. Please clean up after your dog 💩

Woodland Paradise

NOTE we have had a few recent issues with folks being sent to the wrong location while using Apple Maps. If you are having trouble locating us we suggest using Waze or Google Maps as an alternative. The driveway is well marked with Sniffspot signs. Fully fenced, lightly wooded yard, about an acre. Paths around perimeter and throughout. Barn with kennels in case you need to separate dogs or get in out of the weather. Plenty of shade. The property contains many boulders, tree stumps, logs and leaves for your dog to explore, and lots of room to run. Please wear sturdy shoes or boots and watch your step. There may be roots, rocks, holes or the occasional poop hiding under the leaves. Several of our guests have seen deer on the path to the SniffSpot gate. We strongly recommend keeping your dogs leashed until you are safely inside the fenced area.

Pull right into to our large 10 car space driveway so you & your pups are safely off the street, and use the side gate to enter Peppers Play Yard! Pepper is a friendly 5 year old female black lab, who loves play dates, if you & your dog are interested! Unless specified, Pepper will remain in the house, so you have complete privacy. Plenty of toys for the dogs and seating for the humans! There is a dog bowl with fresh water upon your arrival as well as doggie bags and trash for disposal. Please clean up after your visit, thank you!
