Located 5 minutes from route 81 and the Walmart in Central Square, NY SPRING TRAILS! As the snow melts, you'll find some areas of the trail muddy and slippery. Typically there are some major puddles (though after heavy rains it could be more possible), but mud boots are recommended! Springtime might not be the best if you have knee or back issues- I'd hate for anyone to slip and injure themselves. I highly recommend bringing towels to wipe your dogs feet off after your walk before heading back home. They're going to have LOTS of fun and if they're like my dogs, they'll have muddy paws! 🌳🌲Welcome to 49 Licks dog park🌲🌳 We feel so blessed to call this property our home, and would love for others to experience the beautiful nature we get to enjoy each day. 49 licks includes over 3 1/2 miles of trails, fallen trees to sniff, hills to climb, and ravines to explore. Our 110 acre property is nestled in the woods, 600 fee off of the road with parking near our metal barn at the top of our driveway. We have over a 3 1/2 miles of beautiful trails through hills and trees, with a short and long trail option. The long trail loop is about a 2 miles long and takes 40-60 minutes to walk. The shorter trails approximately 7 of them are closer to 1/3-1/4 mile each We hope your dog(s) enjoy all the sights, sounds and smells throughout the woods- we have wild turkey, deer, many small wild animals to see, and and have him/her/them go home tired, satisfied and happy. This is a completely unfenced property. We ask that all dogs are leashed or have a training collar for recall, as wildlife are abundant on our property. We do have 2 dogs who are contained in a kennel that does not have access to the trails. They are us usually in the house during appointments, at start and end times minimally. As long as your dog does not come into their area, there will be no other dog interactions on our property. 110 acres includes a few acres of open area and the rest Is wooded with approximately 9 trails for a total of 3 1/2 miles of well marked trails. Nature trail perfect for dog walks! It offers plenty of high grass areas that dogs love to run through (and sniff!) There’s a Cut off open area for the pups to dig and play, a small pond & a well maintained walking path to enjoy.

We have about half an acre fenced in with wood privacy fence on 3 sides and chain link on the side we share with our neighbor. It's the perfect size for fetch! I hope your dog enjoys the yard as much as our dogs do!

This beautiful space is perfect for any size dog to roam around, play fetch, or just chill if that’s what they prefer. Can use area to the right of the woodpile to dig. (corner where wooden fence butts up to trash cans) Relax on the patio chairs or eat a meal at the table. There are lawn games available, a fire pit and plenty of wood. Please be courteous of the space. If you have any questions or special requests, I am very flexible in my ability to accommodate!

Fenced and more fenced for safety. The yard is sectioned off. You have direct access to River but if you do not the fence prevents dogs and humans from reaching the water. Sit in the middle of the yard and let your dog or dogs run wild.
