Come enjoy some off leash quality time with your best friends in a 2.5 acre fully fenced fun zone located just a few minutes outside the village of Marcellus! The area includes an open yard that is great for fetch and a private wooded section with trails great for mental stimulation and physical exercise. Romp around and enjoy playing with your pups in a fully fenced yard or put your feet up and relax in one of the many seating locations in the wooded area that is included in the fully fenced area while your dog explores! Life's short - stuff happens - plants will grow back - sit back relax and let the dogs be dogs! ;) Have fun!!

There are trails in the wooded area out back that are also included in the fully fenced yard. The trails do have minor sections of uneven grounds and some sticks or rocks like most trails do. Dogs will be exposed to wildlife, trees and plants typically found in a wooded setting.

Buster was a 16 year-old dog who passed away while running in his sleep on July 25, 2025. He enjoyed his field with family dogs his entire life. He was the last one as I am at an age now where I probably won't be getting another dog; so, I want others to enjoy the land. After the first freeze, I drain the interior pipes and hot water heater to the wash stall inside the barn, there is however a 12-month frost free outdoor fountain on the back side of the barn by the woods with a water trough and plenty of electric outlets. I mowed a trail around the perimeter that is about .4 miles for a walk / run around the inside of the perimeter of the five acre field (.2 miles if you cut through the middle to avoid the little hill on the side next to the houses on the road). Our property has a nice wooded trail with a main loop that is about 3/4 of a mile with a few other smaller trails that can make the total trail system right around a mile. There's a good mix of terrain with a few hills totaling around 70 feet of elevation in a mile. Private parking area right off the road and it's just a very peaceful walk through the woods.
