55Gen provided us with instructions prior to our visit that were clear and easy to follow. Our dog absolutely loved the pond and running the trails!
55Beautiful property, very enriching for my reactive dog with whom it is stressful to take to public parks and trails. There were goats, chickens and pigs (fenced) that my dog was very interested in, along with tons of trails to explore and a really pretty pond. The lovely host greeted me at the parking area to tell me about all the property had to offer. We will definitely be back, it was a great experience!
55My dog loved the time here walking through the trails, and of course cooling off by the pond. It was a nice bonus to be able to see the pigs and goats and chickens on the way through. I brought my teen son along too, and he enjoyed as well. The host was kind and allowed me to clean my pup after as well with their hose/shampoo. Even left a treat and some water. Thanks for a great time!
55We stopped by this property on our way to Cleveland for a trip with our dog and it was paradise on Earth! Can’t recommend enough. Clean. Spacious. Super fun. My dog had the perfect outlet and the pond is gorgeous.
55Great spot for lots of fun! The trails through the property are easy to find and follow. Lots of smells and privacy away from roads and people. We chose to take the trail around the property to the pond which, wow, was the main attraction for my boy. He absolutely loves swimming and this was a perfect spot for that. Good sized pond, clean and easy to access. Property owner was there and I introduced myself and asked about the property which worked best for me. This was my first experience with Sniffspot and I will be returning to this property with both dogs in the future. Highly recommend.

55We had a great hike at Gen’s place! The pond was perfect for my dog who likes to wade. It would be good for swimming too and the trails were wide and easy to navigate. Thank you for having such a great spot!
55Our two pups had a great time! One of our dogs can be reactive with other dogs so this was a great option for us. The pond was a good way for the dogs to cool off during the walk. The host was very friendly and responsive. We hope to be back soon!

“We live in the country less than 1 mile from beaver lake in a secluded 24 acres. You won't see neighbors. We are sometimes home and we will let you know if we will be home during your visit or not. If we are home, we are there for questions or if you need anything - we will normally be working on the property or house especially on weekends. You are welcome to have the dogs on or off leash on the property.”

There's a good mix of terrain with a few hills totaling around 70 feet of elevation in a mile. Private parking area right off the road and it's just a very peaceful walk through the woods.
