1 acre, fenced front yard! ***POOL IS NOT AVAILABLE YET DUE TO RENOVATIONS*** YARD USE DETAILS: Enter via the gate halfway down the driveway Park next to the white fence near the spot entrance, or across the spot entrance in the grass under the trees. Feel free to use any balls and toys in the yard or on the porch. Enjoy a rest on the porch or picnic under the trees. I hope you’ll enjoy the quiet peaceful neighborhood and the mountain view. There is a water spigot on the front porch near the gate, and there should be a bowl on the porch as well (it’s not under/near the spigot it may have been moved by the wind. It should be nearby!) POOL USE DETAILS: Pool is available via the “Extras” menu. Be sure to read descriptions for each option and message me with questions. •I also use Swimply for human only pool rental- and I have kids who use the pool. Therefore, there may be times I’ll have to tell you your requested pool use time is not available even if the Sniffspot app shows availability, due to scheduling conflicts that I cannot synch without also blocking my front yard. •The pool is located in the backyard and there is a fence along the property line. •Access the pool from the back walkway from the driveway near the garage. •Enjoy use of the floats and furniture for humans only. •There is a water bowl, a hose you may use, and a shedding brush available. •No bathroom available (though I allow towel dried kid in urgent need! HOST NOTE

Though unlikely, it is possible for a dog to jump up onto the stonework by the driveway and then down outside of the fence to the driveway. (I’ve seen it happen one time!) Just be aware of the possibility! Typical of a residential yard like this, there will be a couple of small holes or dips in the grass from either wildlife or other dogs. Occasional muddy patches in the bare spots in winter when grass is dormant.

Pool use requires purchasing the “pool use” add on when booking which allows 1 dog and 1 human for 1 hour. Additional dogs and humans can be added as well. **if booking more than 2 dogs for the pool, I require you to come after 4pm so that the filter can clear the fur by the next morning.**
