Description

Fully fenced open field. Fencing is smooth and barbed wire currently. Smaller dogs may be able to climb through. Lots of wildlife, easy walk, pond available in the warm months. Walking path and secure mesh fencing scheduled for this spring. Water and parking are available by the horse shelter.

Hazards

Native plants and animals- yucca and cactus on the property, prairie dogs and their holes, rattlesnakes in the warmer months, birds of prey, and occasionally foxtail grass. Please stay in the back field, past the house and away from the road. The front field is not available for walking yet.

	Dogs must be leashed when entering and exiting the spot.
	Make sure the area is safe and secure before bringing your dog in.
	Never enter a spot before your booking start time and never leave late.
	Pick up after your dogs. Leave the spot as it was when you arrived.
	Always review and abide by spot specific rules.
	Unless otherwise stated, restrooms are not available on site.

There is also a designated 2500sq/ft 9ft-high fenced area on the property you’re welcome to utilize if your dog is an avid jumper or for training. This gorgeous property boasts mature Ponderosas, rolling hills, grassy areas & much more! It is suggested that you survey the property with your doggo on leash until you get familiar with the area. There is a dug out water area that freezes over in Winter and gets a bit muddy in Spring/Summer. You're welcome to get your doggo a drink, or rinse your doggo off @ the well head spigot near the house. Pics attached to your review are GREATLY appreciated! My fenced in yard has dog friendly turf that stays cool in the summer and keeps your pups paws clean. I also have a fire pit and heat lantern for use as well.

Fully fenced in backyard with bushes and trees to run around. Side gate available for additional access. Neighbor dogs are visible in one portion of the yard but there are two fences in between. I do have a dog named Gus that absolutely loves to play if your pup wants a playmate, he does however socialize at daycare. Toys can be provided also. Looking forward to see your pup have a blast!
