Description

A large open yard, fully fenced in and gated, availability to use the water & hose to fill the kiddie pool and fire pit if interested. Parking pad may be open for parking, the curbside along the street also available to park along.

Hazards

HOST NOTE

The only possible "hazard" would be the Lemon tree in the yard. Stems have thorns, but it is fairly high off the ground, should have no issues with that. And the Fire pit if you use it of course.

Relatively Smaller homeade fire pit, semi in ground. From personal use, you can burn quite a large amount at once (cardboard boxes) Due to the current weather and amount of fire emergencies, be cognizant of the dryness, and always make sure you turn the water on for the hose for safety and spread prevention.
