The yard is fully fenced with 6 ft. stockade fencing on 3 sides and a 5 ft. metal wire fence between the wet lands and my property. There is a huge boulder the one corner of the yard with a flower garden in front of it. The back of the yard has some tall trees and ground cover in places. Otherwise the yard is open with short grass. There is a gravel area under the deck for shade. There is seating on the deck and under the deck. In the summer, there is a baby plastic pool that can be filled with water from a well faucet near one side of the deck.

It's great for getting your dog some different sniffs and letting them off leash for a game of fetch! *Our neighbor does have a dog who may be outside during your visit. The neighbor's dog is friendly and absolutely cannot get into our yard. Your dog will be 100% safe, but please know that if the neighbor's dog is outside during your visit, she may try to stick a little bit of her snout underneath any of the small openings along the fence line.

Welcome to a clean, well-maintained, fully fenced backyard in a quiet suburban neighborhood in Southern Peabody, just 20 minutes north of Boston and right off Route 1. The yard features approximately 2,500 square feet of short, manicured grass enclosed by a vinyl privacy fence, giving your dog a safe and secure space to run, sniff, and play without distractions. The ground is flat, the grass is kept short, and the fence is solid on all sides, so even nervous or reactive dogs can decompress here comfortably. There’s a shaded structure for you to sit and relax while your pup explores, along with a stone patio area with seating and a usable fire pit if you want to hang out a bit longer. A water hose and sprinkler are available on-site, which is great for dogs who like to cool off or just chase water. We do have a resident dog, but they will not be present during your visit. A few things to note: please no digging, and please clean up after your dog before you leave. Waste bags and/or scooper are provided, as well as trash bin. Bookings are available from 10am to 7pm on weekdays, with varying weekend hours, so check the calendar for the latest availability. We’re excited to host you and your pup. This spot is a large fenced in yard. It has a small wooden area for pups to explore. There is a lacrosse net and netting in part of the yard for my kids when they play lacrosse backyard. They won’t be back there when the yard is rented. Please make sure to read the directions for parking and where to enter the backyard entrance as it is a bit hidden. Please go down Littlefield Rd. Take the first left onto an unmarked street. You will see a middle school field on your right. Our metal gate entrance is on your left. When school is in session please park on Littlefield or Winston Rd. Otherwise you can pull up to the gate. There are plenty of toys and balls, plus a kiddie pool, sprinkler, hose, bowls, pooper scooper, trash cans, and a great dog house. Great space to host a doggie birthday party. Good alternative to a local dog park. If you don't have a fenced in space, and your dog doesn't do well off leash... this is a good yard space for you. A solution for those dogs who don't do well on the leash and/or pet parents with mobility issues. Available early mornings, and some weekends and week nights.
