No smoking or vaping. No alcohol or drugs. Absolutely NO DOGS in the cattle pasture to the south. Pond use is at your own risk, no diving, no lifeguard on duty. Children and dogs must be supervised at all times while using pond. Property is monitored with security and trail cameras.

You'll also find a power outlet if needed and a bowl to fill for water out of the spicket for fresh water. This deck is also shaded most of the day. In the yard is some dog toys, some chairs around a fire pit, and large trees around for great nature feel. Dog waste bin near gate as well. Lower deck has sofa, table w/ chairs water spicket for use.
