Description

My backyard is a mostly shaded backyard. It is well maintained with veggie and flowers growing along the sides. Dogs have plenty of running space, tunnel, hurdles, kiddie pool, and squirrels to bark at! Neighbors’ dogs are rarely outside so your dog(s) will only have the many squirrels to fuss at.

Barn Hunt/NASDA Introduction15 credits

If you have heard of the fun sports of Barn Hunting or NASDA, I can help get you and your dog started. I am a Barn Hunt judge in training. Those are sports where dogs test their natural ability to find safely secured rats. I can give you and your dog(s) an introduction. Your dog will meet a pet rat in a cage or a tube. If they seem interested, we can also play hide and seek game with the rats. I hide the rat in the box or tube and they locate the hidden rat.

Additional rules

Notify me when you enter the neighborhood and I will meet you out front. Park on the street not the driveway. Dogs and people are not allowed in the backyard porch area. A sign is posted. Pick up poop with the provided rake and place into labelled trash bin. Veggie and flowers are off limits to touch. Notify me upon departure so I can secure the yard.
