Come let your pups explore off-leash roaming in Northwest Yonkers, just down the road from Hudson River Museum & Untermyer Gardens. Plenty of space to sniff, run, and maybe even chase some squirrels! Patio furniture, hammock during warm months & wi-fi for pet parents to lounge while your dog(s) get tired. The hammock is rated for over 300 lbs - move to your desired shade or sunny spot and enjoy but please move it back so the "runway" is clear for the next pups. Summertime brings water features! Doggie pool and splash pad will be available. Please turn off the water when done. Some towels will be available but please bring extras for the car ride home. Playdates and parties welcome! Check the Extras to rent folding tables and chairs so you have less to worry about.

We have a large open space for your dog to run and play, a bathroom for your use, poop bags and cleaning supplies for accidents, and you can help yourself to available dog toys! Muddy Paws Rescue takes in over 1,000 dogs every year from shelters in NYC and other states (but don't worry, they all live in foster care so your pup can have the place to themselves!). By bringing your pup to our Sniffspot, your rental fee will go entirely towards our operations, helping to cover the cost of medical care, treats, toys, food, and so much more. We are located on 9th Avenue and 54th St in Hell's Kitchen.

5000 square-foot yard with 6 foot high privacy chain-link fence. Hose available to fill your dog’s water bowl, large deck provides partial shade for humans. Off street parking in driveway next to entrance. Come with your best friend and enjoy some off leash time! Two dogs (belonging to the same person) maximum at a time.

Give your pup a cool break at our 4 acre partially fenced private dog park over 100 meters from the street with water, grass, woods and more! Human friends can take a break in the shade and watch for some of the magnificent birds that also visit the river while your pup is having the time of it’s life. Private parking onsite. **Back patio is off limits. It is not fenced but please respect this space, tables, chairs, etc., as my private space and refrain from sitting/lounging. Please also refrain from in using the swing set. Please do your best to keep pups from running through any plantings! All other space in front yard near the river and backyard grassy area and woods are available to explore!

Large fully fenced in yard with some Adirondack chairs you can sit in. We also have a table and chairs with an umbrella for shade. Lots of room to run and play ball with your dog. The backyard gets almost full sun midday and full shade in the morning and late afternoon. If it’s a hot day we recommend booking early or later in the day. We put out a fan on the table for hot days, and an ice water pitcher for the humans. We also can give ice water in the dog bowl for hot sunny days. A kiddie pool is also available if the weather is warm enough and your pup enjoys water. Bring your own towel! The two balls that are placed out are washed with soap after each doggo visit.

Located in a secure private home near the subway station and shopping. Spacious gated backyard with access to water, seating, dog toys, and a driveway. Evening appointments available and multiple guests are welcome. Backyard available for dog parties and people events.
