TEMPORARY SPORADIC CLOSURE NOTICE: Due to renovations impacting the yard, we will be closed sporadically. During this time the side entrance and driveway will be unavailable. Please plan to park "up top" and take the stairs down to the yard. I'm sorry for the inconvenience! See you soon. Summer is almost here! Can't wait to see your pups enjoying the pool and/or splashpad! In the meantime, enjoy Spring and the sun without the humidity! Let your pups explore off-leash in Northwest Yonkers, just up the road from NYC. Plenty of space to sniff, play fetch, run, and maybe even chase some squirrels! Patio furniture, hammock (during warm months) & wi-fi for pet parents to lounge while your dog(s) roam. The hammock is rated for over 300 lbs - move to your desired spot, and enjoy but please move it back so the "runway" is clear for the next pups. Playdates and parties welcome! Check the Extras to rent folding tables and chairs so you have less to worry about.

Yard is sloped down to fence; there is a wood pile off the patio; some of the paver stones coming into the main space are uneven; concrete patio is graded up - walk on/off to grass from one point, stairs on the other end - pictures of all hazards listed are included

Great if your dog likes baths or playing in water. Check out the splash pad extra if they like to be a little wet and prefer a rain effect. Don't forget to bring towels. A few will be provided for use here.

Birthday, Gotcha, Celebration of life There is a 2 hour min & 10 human max for these larger gatherings in addition to the per dog fees and any other extras like table & chair rentals. Let's make this an awesome time for all involved-parking details for more than 2 cars, special treats for puppy attendees, etc. **please note parties are reserved for members who have visited the spot at least once before the event.

Scent work - egg hunt0 credits

Does your furry friend like to seek & find? Are you doing scent work together? Help your pup find 5 hidden treat-filled eggs around the yard. Contents of eggs are for your pup (let me know in advance about allergies and I will confirm if I can accommodate). Please return eggs so they can be disinfected and reused. This extra needs to be confirmed in advance. Please book the visit, add this extra, and message host to confirm availability and allergen status! Happy hunting! 🐇 🐕

Did you love to run through sprinklers when you were young? Your dog might too. Great for dogs who don't like baths (pool extra for those pups) or like to try to catch the raindrops🤩 This is for 15 minutes of splash time so the yard isn't flooded. I'll send you hose operating instructions when booked & confirmed. Note**message me after adding this extra to confirm availability. Don't forget to bring towels. A few will be available for use here.

Very close to Scarborough Train Station. Fun for dogs and kids. Digging pit. Coolaroo elevated dog bed available. Plenty of room for fetch/frisbee. Zoomies on hills tires out your pup. We used to have a dog that climbed/jumped over 8’ fences so there are extra wires at the top to prevent escapes. The bottom is also secured to the ground with extra staples so no one can dig out either. Absolutely no new dog-to-dog introductions can occur at this spot. This is in reference to the new Playmates feature on Sniffspot. Please do not book our spot for this purpose.
