35Backyard was secure! There was an agility course advertised- other than a few balls, there was an empty yard... We cleaned up after ourselves, it does not appear as others did.
55Loved all the agility equipment! It was fun getting my dog to try the jumps. Also appreciated that the yard had a fully fenced yard with no low fence spots. Super helpful there was a hose and a bowl for water for the dogs. Will definitely be back!
45High quality agility equipment!
45My girl had a great time getting a ton of sniffs and using some of the agility equipment! There was a good amount of dog poop in the yard though, be sure to watch your step
55Clean and well maintained! Great size for my big guy to run around- and he loved the agility items and toys that were nice and sturdy for him to play rough with. Easy to get to and easy access to a very secure and safe space
35The yard has a nice, tall fence and it really feels safe and secure. That being said, there were several landmines left behind (assuming others before us today didn’t pick up after their pups). Also appt of the amenities listed and pictured were not available or just not set out for us. The equipment that was out was the 2 agility jumps and parkour. There was something that could’ve been a pool up close to the house in a pile but I would’ve had to have a bottle of dawn and several scrub brushes in order to try to use it. I did not see a treadmill or a dog washing station but maybe I was supposed to ask for those prior to my visit? She also kindly provided a scooper to pick up after your pups which we did utilize, othered prior to us dropping d not lol. But overall it was a secure safe fenced yard with no distractions and my pups are tired from running. Just maybe ask the owner prior to your visit if there’s something listed in the amenities you want to use or have available
15There was poop everywhere. I cleaned up the yard since i didn’t want my dogs to step on it. Smelled strongly of urine. We left after 10 min. Grass not mowed either.
35I would give this spot 2–3 stars. The yard was securely fenced, and the toys and overall setup were nice. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the cleanliness. There was dog poop in multiple areas of the yard, including right near the entrance. At first I didn’t think there was much, but once I started looking more closely, I noticed it in several places. I didn’t feel comfortable letting my dog run freely because of it. If the yard were cleaned thoroughly between visits, this would be a much better Sniffspot.
55My two dogs loved this yard! One dog knows agility, and the other is learning. Great spot for them to practice and play! My GSD took several dips in the pool too😁
55Such a large open yard, doggie pool, and training tools, my babies are huge and they really got to stretch out their legs🤗

Welcome to our “back 40,” featuring an evergreen alcove, a small wooded walking path, lots of room to run, and tons of sticks to play with. For the humans we have a picnic table and chairs for relaxing, along with a Little Free Library! The bungee cords on the gate are to help secure it, feel free to use them if you feel the need. NOTE: We now have dog-safe drinking water from our rain barrels. There is a blue hose on the ground at the fence, just turn the knob for water. 💧 Special note for June and July: it’s mulberry season, and boy have we got ‘em (fortunately they are not toxic to dogs). Please note that our parking spot and part of our Sniffspot are covered by mulberry trees, so you *will* get berries on your shoes. Dress accordingly! 👍🏼
