Description

Secluded, private land with lots of hills for the dogs to run around on. There's even a pond if your pup wants to jump in. My property is not fenced in any way but is surrounded by woods and a private driveway (left of the pond) which is currently not used frequently. My property is located in the town of Rochester in the hamlet of Accord (12404). My house is at the end of a private road. After turning onto Bank St, stay to the left and follow the gravel road to the end. You can park to the left just after the flag pole but please do not block a garage door.

My property is very hilly. To get to the spot, walking along the right side of the house, then down towards the pond where it is less steep. The spot is all around and behind the pond. About half of the yard is flat and the other half is on a hill. The hill is great for tiring out your pup! It backs up to a wooded area. There is a deck and a patio with furniture and umbrellas.
