Description

We have a lovely park for your furry pals to PAWrk their Paws, Wag with the windmill and generally run amok. We have our own doggos and they love our space. Our girlies (2 female Labrador Retrievers) have an electric fence to keep them closer to the house, and if you desire we can extend a collar ($2 each) to you to use while you are on site as we do have our flags up. But only if you feel the need and are confident your furbaby will recognize the flags as the (much smaller) boundary. Our property backs up to our neighbors who almost all have dogs. The fencing is complete where it meets our dog neighbors, but the rest of the area is currently un-fenced, or the fence is not a solid barrier. As we build and grow we will be adding amenities such as a fully fenced play space, gravel parking directly adjacent to the spot, and much more. Perhaps some PAWrkour? A fire pit? We'd love to hear what would interest you the most!

Hazards

HOST NOTE

The PAWrk also front a 2 lane road. The drivers are sometimes a bit speedy around the bend. We encourage dog parents to keep their pups in sight at all times and to be sure they respond quickly and without hesitation when called.

We have a small Heat Buddy that will warm the screened porch a bit or can be placed close to your seats for the cold winter days.

Wireless Fence Collar2 credits

We have a wireless fence and various collars that can be used if the dog is quick to recognize the flags as the barriers. The size of the usable area is reduced to about 1/4 acre. Your dog's safety is important, a dog untrained to a wireless shock collar can be surprised by the vibrations in such a way as to cause an incredibly bad feeling about our lovely PAWrk. This is why I have this extra as something to pay for. Only dog parents who KNOW their dog will be ok should ask for this extra.
