55Meghan was very accommodating for my pup and gave him a great last day. Everything was neatly set up, and there were plenty of toys for us to use. The spot is very spacious. Both in the fenced in secured area and the pasture beyond.

55⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 Sniffspot – Highly Recommend! What a fantastic Sniffspot in such a unique location! There were so many different pieces of dog agility equipment, plus raised dog beds, which made it perfect not only for physical exercise but also for working on training and mental stimulation. I loved that there were tons of options for practicing different skills with my dog! The host really went above and beyond there was a bucket of Chuck it balls and a variety of toys available. Not to mention lots of different agility equipment!There was also plenty of seating throughout the space, including two large picnic tables! Something I really appreciated was how private and secluded the location felt. Even though the host owns a training and boarding facility, I didn’t hear or see a single dog or person the entire time. It felt peaceful and distraction free, which made it the perfect environment for focused training. You can see cows off in the distance, but they’re safely secured in another fenced area, so it didn’t interfere with our session at all. Before visiting, I saw one review saying the fencing wasn’t very secure, but I completely disagree! The fencing felt very sturdy, and I didn’t notice a single hole or weak spot. It would take a LOT for a dog to escape a yard like this! We focused more on training today, so we didn’t explore the bigger pasture, but we’ll definitely be back to check it out next time. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The host was incredibly kind and flexible, and my dog had the best time. We will absolutely be returning highly recommend!

25Nice rural setting. Play yard contains an approx. 1/4 to 1/3-acre square area that is large enough for fetch games with lots of things for dogs to sniff. There are high weeds growing along and through the fencing which helps create a visual barrier. The fencing itself is not secure for any med. or large dog who has not been trained to respect barriers. The fence is a patchwork of chicken wire or thin gauge, large square, garden wire with plastic, poultry netting above it attached to an older, 4-board fence. Our younger dog could have gone through or over (in spots) that fencing within seconds had he decided to do so. Host needs to inform guests that the fencing is only secure for small dogs or those trained to respect any "fence"

*We have a lot of boarders for the week of Thanksgiving, so if barking bothers your dog we'd love to have you another time!* When the time changes, we do not recommend coming after dark for your first visit. It can be hard to find us! For existing guests, we do have some lighting and can put out lanterns for you. Come visit us on our 9 acre farm, surrounded by farmland with no view of roads, dogs, or passersby! Large fully fenced play field perfect for chuck-it, frisbee, or just hanging out. Seating, shade, and raised beds available so you and your pup can take a breather. Check the extras for pools (seasonal) and agility equipment! One large former horse pasture surrounded by split-rail fencing for dogs who are on leash (or reliable off-leash) to sniff, hike and play in.

HOST NOTE

There are black raspberry vines growing in the fence. Watch out for thorns! But feel free to pick some when they are in season. The big pasture only has split rail fencing, so only bring in dogs who are on leash or reliable off leash with cows and horses in view! This area also has some holes, a wood pile, a brush pile, and some broken fence planks. It's a big unused field. Watch your step!! There are small slopes into the yards that can get slippery, especially when muddy. A few times a year we hear target practice gun shots from neighboring farms (not hunting). If they bother your dog let us know and we'll send you a coupon for a "redo". The barn play yard is securely fenced, and is where most Sniffers spend their time. Please let me know if you see any other hazards and I will deal with them promptly! This is farm land. You may hear cows, horses, goats, farm and yard equipment. If any of this bothers your dog enough that they can't enjoy their time, let us know and we'll send you a "redo" coupon.

Please do not enter the play yard until your appointment time. Please do not let your dog chew through yard toys or pee on agility equipment. **DO NOT ENTER BARN, ALARM WILL SOUND!!** Please check your messages in the app before leaving your house, in case of emergency communication. Sniffspot does not allow other domestic animals such as cats, as their insurance only covers dogs and humans. Please leave non-canine family members at home. Thank you!

The farm sits on a very sharp curve, so use caution when entering and exiting the property. Dogs must be on leash when exiting your car and near the road. Once you are safely away from the road and barn, dogs may be off leash for the remainder of your visit. If your dog has never been off leash, we recommend you have an airtag or a GPS collar on them. Please do not let your dog leave the designated walking areas on our farm. Occasionally, you may see an older grampa (my father) working in the fields.

Our farm has: ✔️ Abundant wildlife! ✔️ Wide-open, completely unfenced land ✔️ Natural terrain with fields, hills, and trails ✔️ Ponds, streams and endless sniffing opportunities Parking & Arrival: Please park to the right of the big red barn, by the dumpster and begin walking from there. The farm sits on a very sharp curve, so use caution when entering and exiting the property. Dogs must be on leash when exiting your car and near the road. Once you are safely away from the road and barn, dogs may be off leash for the remainder of your visit. If your dog has never been off leash, we recommend you have an airtag or a GPS collar on them. Please do not let your dog leave the designated walking areas on our farm. Occasionally, you may see an older grampa (my father) working in the fields.
