Description

Come enjoy one of Rogers original farm houses! Large, quiet, private, fenced in yard for dogs to play in. Large enough for doggos to run free and have fun, but small enough to keep track of them. Basic amenities including a hose for water, seating for humans, and tree-shade. We do keep the yard sprayed for bugs. This is animal safe, and makes for a more pleasant experience for both humans and pups, so leave the mosquito-swatting to the peasants, and come relax in one of our swing hammocks while your dog goes nuts! *I have been told that GPS brings you to my neighbors house. My house is the green farmhouse. When you approach Tilton Trail from Territorial Rd, we are the fenced in yard next to the "Rachael Dr roundabout" sign, with your access and parking off Territorial. There is only 1 fenced in yard in the vicinity, so it shouldn't be too confusing. If you drive past the "Rachael Dr" sign, you have gone too far.

Please park off Territorial Rd in front of the double gate and Sniffspot sign. *Do not use driveway.* No more then 2 vehicles allowed, max of 3 humans and 3 dogs without prior approval.

Come and enjoy our own private 3plus acres of wooded with some open space and trails. Fully fenced in and secure. So much space for your fur babies to run and explore. No need to stress with other dogs that may be reactive. Or maybe your pup doesn’t play well with others and prefers their own space. Our private dog park is for you. This space is amazing. It is not attached to our back yard and is a completely separate and private area. A great place for play dates with others, maybe even a picnic for the humans. Bring your snowshoes if you would like a bit of a workout yourself off trail in the deeper snow! PLEASE NOTE: Zero tolerance for smoking of ANYTHING while on our property. You may smoke in your own personal vehicle. But also, do NOT leave your dogs unattended. Please pick up after your dog. I am finding a crazy amount of poop left behind. Fill any holes you pup digs and return toy to bin. Also, in the winter months, please be aware that their is no lighting in the field. The designated Sniffspot parking area has ample lighting but none in the field.

Hello! Welcome to The Dog Spot! We are located in the country in Corcoran, just south of Hanover, west of Rogers. We have about .5 acres fenced in that we refer to as our dog park. Fencing is chicken wire / hog paneling with a utility gate entry. Two people per dog are allowed. If you would like to bring additional people, please add on a Pawty Package. Make sure to grab a doggy treat bag from the mailbox before you leave :) ***We may periodically be outside working or the kids playing. During the winter months, deer and foxes pass just outside of the fenced in yard, while in warmer months the creek entices additional wildlife as well as the occasional canoeist or kayak.
