Theirs is an 6’ fence supporting the back yard, however the front “iron look” section that is spaced enough that small dogs can get through. Would not recommend for any dogs under 25lbs. Please look at gate picture. Owners must clean up after their dogs. The 3 season room is not part of the rental. Please do not attempt to enter it. There are cameras on the property.

For the humans we have a picnic table and chairs for relaxation. The bungee cords on the gate are to help secure it, feel free to use them if you feel the need. NOTE: Please bring your own water, as we don’t have a water spigot out back. Special note for June and July: it’s mulberry season, and boy have we got ‘em (fortunately they are not toxic to dogs). Please note that our parking spot and part of our Sniffspot are covered by mulberry trees, so you *will* get berries on your shoes. Dress accordingly! 👍🏼
