“35 Acres of Pure Dog Joy Let your pup roam, run, and reconnect with nature across 35 beautiful acres designed for exploration and play. Wander through peaceful wooded trails, let them sprint through the open farm field, or slow down as they sniff their way across soft grass and the small wetlands area filled with rich, natural scents. For everyone’s safety, please keep dogs on leash near the front of the property, as this area is close to a busier highway. You’ll also notice a few fenced-in farm friends — goats, ducks, and chickens — who enjoy their own secure spaces. Please keep dogs respectful and calm around these areas to help maintain a peaceful environment for all animals. Once you’re past the entrance and into the heart of the land, you’ll find plenty of space for off-leash freedom, exploration, and joyful adventure. This is where dogs get to be dogs — wild-hearted, curious, and fully alive in nature. 🌲🐶 What Your Dog Can Explore Your pup will love: • Wooded trails perfect for sniffing & wandering • Open farm fields for stretching their legs • Grass and meadow areas full of rich natural scents • A small wetlands area for curious noses • A peaceful retreat away from city noise This is a space for zoomies, adventure, calm, curiosity, and connection.”

“🐾 About Our Resident Animals We share the land with our two beloved dogs — North, our 8-month-old husky/German shepherd mix full of playful puppy energy, and Juneau, our wise 12-year-old husky/lab mix with a gentle old-soul spirit. Unless we are outside enjoying the trails with them, both dogs stay inside the house during Sniffspot visits to ensure you and your pup have the space all to yourselves. 🐐 Farm Friends On-Site You’ll also see (and probably hear!) a few of our sweet farm animals nearby: • 3 mini goats live in a secure fenced-in area that overlaps with part of the Sniffspot boundary. They remain fully contained inside their fence, and pups will not have direct access to them. • Chickens and ducks have their own safe, enclosed coop and pen, located close enough to be visible but not accessible. Their setup is sturdy, predator-proof, and ensures everyone stays safe and calm. We simply ask that all visiting dogs remain respectful around the farm areas and maintain control so our animal friends feel at ease. 🐾 Visiting Dog Requirements To keep everyone safe and comfortable: • Aggressive or reactive dogs must remain leashed at all times, especially near the front of the property where it’s close to a busier highway. • All visiting dogs must be current on vaccinations. • As always, please maintain control of your pup around our farm animals and any family members enjoying the space. We aim to provide a peaceful, nature-rich retreat where pups can roam, explore, and sniff to their heart’s content — with safety, respect, and kindness at the center of it all.”

“We’re an active family with three kids, and our 35 acres are truly our outdoor playground. You may occasionally see us walking the trails, exploring the woods, or tending to our animals — we love sharing this land and its beauty with other dog families. Our property sits in a quiet neighborhood, and once you head back into the woods or follow the side trails, it becomes incredibly peaceful. You may notice two homes in the distant tree line, but they are only partially visible and well buffered by nature. While the back acreage is serene and secluded, please note that the front of the property is located off a busy highway. For everyone’s safety, we ask that dogs remain on leash near the front entrance until you are deeper into the wooded retreat area.”
