*Note: we will block our calendar out this summer due to lack of shade in the yard and the fact that we don't have irrigation to keep the grass lush and green for your pups. We will reopen this fall. Enjoy big skies and big space in our fully fenced yard close to Curtis Park/Sac City College and only a couple of miles away from Midtown and Downtown Sacramento. We’ve got dog toys, chuck-its, dog treats, agility equipment, poop bags, and lots of smells for your furry friends. For the humans, we've got two nice patio spaces, a table and chairs, beverages, snacks, bug spray, hand sanitizer, and sunscreen. We even have a frisbee golf basket and some discs for you to use! Enjoy the outdoor string lights in the evening, a cozy sectional couch, rocking chairs, and we offer the fire pit and patio water misters for an additional fee. We'd like to make your time in our yard as comfortable as possible! Please no smoking or vaping on our property at any time. We have made our property as safe and clean as possible but this area was mainly farmland back in the day so there is uneven ground and occasional wet and muddy grass after a hard rain so please use our property at your own risk. We do offer towels for wet and muddy paws. Lastly, please be respectful of our neighbor’s space next door and don’t hang out by the gate. We also ask that you clean up after yourself and your dog and leave our yard as it was when you entered. We really appreciate that as we may not be able to get outside to clean up in between guests when timing is tight. Our spot also offers Memberships! Get a slightly discounted rate, book your reservations further in advance, and take advantage of “member only” hours. Thank you so much!

Hello from Gina and Jeff! We are both huge dog lovers and are happy to open our large fenced space to you and your furry family members. We moved to the area almost 2 years ago with our Border Collie/Aussie Mix, Sonny at age 14. He passed away nearly a year ago so he was unable to enjoy the yard and it was so hard losing him, we have yet to get another pup. We understand that not all parks, dog-friendly spaces, and doggie daycare spots are for all dogs. Our dog Sonny was aggressive towards other dogs on leash and very protective of us as well so that sometimes led to him being aggressive toward humans. We always felt calmer when there was a private space for him to run free and play ball without the worry of other dogs he didn’t know and other people. We hope we can provide that space for you and your pup/s. As for us, we love the outdoors so we enjoy camping, cycling, hiking, disc golf, and supporting local restaurants, breweries, wineries, and coffee shops!

There's only one spot with irrigation so it gets dry, crackling, and some parts down to dirt in the summer. We do have an area that is grass for the dogs to roll around in. In the winter there can be a stream of water going through the middle of the pasture after rain. We have a Big water dish for dogs. Small pool for dogs to play in (we fill the pool every day, but can get the extra to have it freshly filled for your pup) Have toys and treats for the pups. Have friends with dogs?! Bring them all and come make a day of it! Feel free to bring a bbq, stereo, or games. Plenty of room for both the pups and the people to hang out and have a good time! We now have a porta potty for guests!! There are sheep in adjacent pasture certain times of the year but there is a 50+ foot buffer zone fenced off to keep sheep away from the fence.
