55We love Sarah’s ! Especially when there’s a sunny day in December and the space is clean, green and there are plenty of toys to play with . Sarah is very hospitable and always make sure that you feel like the first visitor of the day . The dogs had a wonderful time as always.

45I came early in the morning to tire out my pup before I flew out of town. Easy entry and good fencing. It’s an angled and deep lot backing to Morrison Creek open space. They have refreshments, a nice touch. My pup enjoyed zooming around here and sniffing. There were roosters in the back corner waking up. Some visitors have not picked up after their dogs so there are piles of poop, mostly around the concrete area where there are the potted succulents.

Description

We have a very large backyard we would like to share with other pups and their owners. We know that it can be hard to find a safe place for your dogs to play, so we decided to share our yard. Fully fenced, two seating areas (one covered and one uncovered), access to the water hose, and kiddie pool that can be filled with water. We have tennis balls, a hearding ball as well as a tetherball. Yard is shady in most areas and there is a cute swing attached to our tree where you can relax and play with your pets.

Please feel free to use any tennis balls, Chuck it's, kiddie pool, or other toys you would like, or feel free to bring your own. I can supply a clean stainless steel bowl for water from the hose, or you can bring your own. There is a small picnic blanket that can be laid on the grass to sit on as well. Please be sure that our toys (other than a tennis ball) are not damaged. Please be aware we have indoor cats.

Given our rural location, foxtails, stickers and other nuisance weeds do exist, especially along the fence lines, as we do not use herbicides. Please come prepared for these conditions and gauge your risk tolerance for your pet. Risks may include foxtails, stickers, ticks, mosquitos, gnats, flies, uneven ground, mud. Hours of operation are generally 7:30 am-7:30 pm, but no lighting is provided so hours fluctuate with the dawn and dusk. Adjacent to the dog park is a barn with 2 friendly dwarf goats and some chickens. Enjoy the views of our olive orchard, a seasonal pond and 360 degree panorama of beautiful farmland right from the park. Please be aware that this is a working farm in an agricultural area so you may see and hear farm equipment and crop dusters in the vicinity. Let us know if you want to visit our farm store before or after your visit. We have our Gold Medal winning Frate Sole Olive oil and Copper Hill balsamic vinegar, local Woodland farmers like us.
