Description

Bring your dog to the little slice of happiness we call our back yard. There is open yard for zoomies, sticks and balls for throwing, and plants for sniffing. The yard is surrounded by a 5 ft fence. The maple tree offers a shady spot and blocks most rain. A water dish, toys, poop bags and hand sanitizer can be found by the back gate. The sprinkler is also available for use. Simply pull it away from the house and turn on the spigot. We also have a hammock swing for adults and a play house, slide, sand/water table, t-ball stand and more available for kids. Street parking is plentiful, or there is one spot available in the alley (pictured). We love our yard and we think you and your dog will too!

Enjoy a warm fire in the fire pit while your dog plays. Chairs are available for relaxing by the fire. I will light the fire prior to your arrival. You may stoke it as needed but please do not add more wood as there are city restrictions on the fire height that I need to maintain.

Kiddie Pool10 credits

Let your dog splash in the inflatable kiddie pool.

Splash Pad5 credits

Your dog can run and jump through the splash pad sprinkler. The middle of the splash pad fills with water while the outer edge serves as a sprinkler. You can adjust the height of the sprinkler by turning the spigot up or down.

Ultimate WINTER Sniffing Experience in Roseville!

Winter Update 2025/2026 - still open for sniffs! We’ve taken down the hammock and the sunshade on the gazebo, and put the pool away… but still open for sniffing fun! Nearly 1/3 of an acre in Roseville available for your dog to sniff until their heart’s content! Open mowed grassy area wide enough for zoomies and long enough for fetch, as well as natural/unmanicured shaded areas for “jungle sniffari’s”. Not far off of Highway 36 and 35E, enjoy the perks of room to run while having the privacy of your own space. Plenty of seating for humans underneath a shaded gazebo, with a table and basic amenities for guest use. Please be aware that we do have other dogs in the neighborhood. This includes our direct neighbors to the north, who we share a chain link fence with. If you are visiting on an evening or weekend, there’s a good chance their dog will be outside also! Be careful of any ice that may be around - the “grippy stuff” I put down is cat litter for traction… totally dog safe!

Yard is fully fenched with fabric on the fence to keep dogs focused in the yard. We have seen deer, racoons, possum, wild turkies, bunnies and tons of squirrels run through our yard.

Please bring water.* The water is usually left ready to go, but the spigot on the side of the house is off. To use it, open the valve on the side of the house by the driveway. When you leave, please shut it off again, it tends to drip otherwise. Thanks!
