Description

Welcome your pup to a private Central Coast paradise at Higuera Ranch. Located just two miles from Monterey Street in San Luis Obispo, our 80-acre ranch offers an expansive, peaceful country retreat where your dog can run, sniff, and explore with zero distractions. Tucked away at the base of rolling foothills, this spot is ideal for reactive pups, training sessions, or dogs who just need a safe, massive space to stretch their legs. 🐾 The Space & Terrain • Ground & Environment: A natural mix of open pastures, gravel road, and shade trees. • Enclosure Type: The property features an open acreage with fenced farm animals along the two mile trail. • Features: A beautiful blend of flat open grounds for sprinting and sloped foothills for a great stamina-building hike. 🛋️ Human Amenities & Comforts • Seating: Enjoy a picnic on the table at the end of the one mile trail in the foothills. • Shade & Cover: Plenty of natural shade provided by mature trees throughout the property. • Parking: Plenty of free, easily accessible parking right on the ranch. • Extras: Fresh well water from spigot is available to keep your dog hydrated. Whether your dog wants to sniff their way through a historic ranch or burn out their energy tracking up the hillsides, Higuera Ranch offers an off-leash experience like no other. PLEASE NOTE: Owners may be zipping through property on Ranger or enjoying ranch work on tractors. Homes, barn, irrigated lawns, pool, and farm animal enclosures are strictly off limits. Pets that are reactive to cats, goats, chickens, or cows should not visit Higuera Ranch. Guests must utilize two mile trail and open pastures with their sweet fur babies!
