Our property (Fallen Acres) is a old tree farm, we have 6 acres of land, it is wooded with trails through the wooded areas. We also have Pipe Creek that runs through our land so you can cross when water is low to other side of land and also play in the water. 3.5 acres on a hill and lower pasture to just SNIFFF SNIFFF AND RUN. ________________________________ A perfect spot for professional trainers, police and military to train based on terrain, creek , for search and recovery or as a pack training . we have natural borders and are tucked 1000 ft into the woods, nobody can see our house or land. We are located across from the township park , which hosts baseball games, a shelter for events, and walking trail. Our house where you park has capacity for 8 vehicles, we have outdoor acres where we places sun chairs, cut in trails into woods, natural obstacles for training and also have a fire pit. We are planning on adding 2 more fire pits on the land for those who rent to camp the weekend with the babies, RV hookup available ; vacation with your furry family; priced per event or overnight visit, please email us also for any pack plays and walks. We also rent for training to certified instructors of K9 -police, DEA, military/sheriff officers along with private service trainers, For example 'Search and Rescue', Retrieve..etc. Email: [email protected]. Call 419-656-3557 for special events. We do allow more than one dog for organized dog play . We also have dog walkers who will play and train your loved little puppy. Plus when weather is warmer and outside bath area . There are many species of wild life on the land, from fish, coyote at night, mostly deer, beavers, raccoons, and ground hogs...etc. We have fencing on our west and South wooded areas which have a natural wooded border. Plus adding fun in the water , toys and more fun events. Bring the family great areas to picnic. Even the best days with sun can turn quickly into a rain in our area. Along with the creek that runs through our property where you and your dog could get wet unexpected. A tub of dry clean towels us available on our front porch to keep you and your dog clean and dry. We charge a small fee to keep an abundance if towels clean and dry for you.

Treats- one bag of 10 pieces5 credits

If your dog is in training a treat is the best reward. We offer dried or raw unprocessed chicken , turkey or beef. Dogs are carnivores, a raw non processed meat is the healthiest treat. We offer in advance 2 options dry or raw ; turkey or chicken hearts and liver. Or raw beef pieces. Along with the standard hot dogs for training. Must arrange in advance. Your treats will be in a cooler on the front porch for use during your session.

We encourage free run and play, please make sure all vaccinations are up to date. Owners should be engaged with their pet. We are pet friendly and have 2 herding digs a female service dog a Great Pyrenees supper friendly with small to xl dogs. A second dog mini aussie also.. Please let us know in the 6hr window when you are arriving to prepare our own babies. Especially if across first visit. If a return and can enter with us on site please note if you need less than 6 hrs notice message or text me.

I am an empty-nester with 2 rescue dogs who just love open run on our land. Since we are in a vacation area many want an area to take dogs to. We have now fenced in 3 acres and have a fire pit to enjoy. We also live across from a park venue for events , and play equipment with trails across the street Strikfaden Park.
